Not happy at all. First they lost my order. And I had to follow up to find that out. Then they reissued it. I mentioned to them that they should be expecting a mailed prescription (which is a little ridiculous that we have to mail in prescriptions but whatever). And now a month later they say they have not received it. Get your s*** together, Chewy.

I ALWAYS loved Chewy and always had good things to say about them, until now.. I let them convince me to send my manufacturer coupons. I priority mailed the coupons so I knew they would get there quick and safe and I was provided a tracking number. Well 2 weeks post getting my coupons delivered, they cannot find them and they cannot be added to my account. Purina was nice enough to send me 2 coupons for my little guy and his allergy and chewy dropped the ball. They gave me the run around and no one knew what was going on. I was told 7 different stories, and am still waiting a reach out from management, even though the coupons expired yesterday😩. So don’t make the same mistake I did- use you manufacturer coupons at local stores so you don’t miss out on $180 like I am.

My dog, Chance, passed away March 24th. The wonderful people at Chewy sent the sweetest note, and pink roses to me in his remembrance. Not many companies are this kind and one on one with their customers.

My full appreciation to Chewy and all of the wonderful Customer Service Reps who work at Chewy. I have been a dedicated client of Chewy for over 3 years, and from my first order to my most recent, I have received exemplary customer service . Any question or issue that arose during that time was handled completely professionally and always expeditiously. I always recommend Chewy to all of my friends and family. Their entire ordering process is simple and deliveries are always quick. Two weeks ago our precious 19 year Italian Greyhound crossed the over the Rainbow Bridge. She always had digestive issues and has always been on a purely prescription diet. About an hour after she passed the Chewy order I had placed a few days before appeared at my door. Such heartbreak. I contacted Chewy and they immediately credited me for the purchase and advised me to donate the case of 24 cans to my local animal shelter-which I did. In addition I came home the next day to find a beautiful flower arrangement at my door from Chewy expressing their condolences on the loss of my sweet dog. Chewy goes above and beyond on every detail of your transactions and the compassion they showed to me and my family at a very, very difficult time is unbelievable. Customer Service flourishes at Chewy. We highly recommend them for all of your pets needs!

Our daughter recommended Chewy a few years ago when our older Doberman required special medicinal foods for some serious health conditions. We were very pleased with the assortment of foods and our Dobe enjoyed the taste and benefited from the medicinal qualities. We were so blessed to enjoy a healthier dog for another 2 years. Sadly, our girl crossed the Rainbow Bridge yesterday afternoon. My wife called Chewy today to cancel our recurring food order and she was told our next shipment had already shipped. Surprisingly, Chewy told us that they would send us a shipping label to put on the case of food for free return shipping and no charges would be made. That was so appreciated, and we needed some good news after our huge loss. But Chewy went another totally unexpected step in sending a beautiful bouquet of flowers to our house this afternoon, with a sweet message of condolences on our loss. I am looking for every opportunity to tell people how Chewy has touched us in such a special way. We will definitely be Chewy customers when we get past our time of mourning, and we will tell everyone to give Chewy a try for quality food and professional, fast service. Dan and Jan Clark

I've had a standing auto ship order for vet ordered dog food. l had to renew the prescription before last month's shipment and did so. This month, I've had to resend the prescription 3 times to Chewy (even though they had it LAST MONTH) - they've never bothered to review it or file it and have now canceled my order. My dog cannot have any other type of food, so I'm in a bad place. Originally I was impressed with Chewy - but no longer. I would not recommend anyone set up for autoship if they HAVE to have what is ordered.

This was my first and last order with Chewy. I was told it would arrive on Thursday, but then moved back to Friday and then moved back to Monday. On Monday I was told it was delivered, but it isn't here. I called customer service and after being put om hold a couple of times "'while we check this out," I was told they don't know what happened and offered to reship the prescription t me again. I was down to three pills left and asked for overnight delivery. They refused. I cancelled the order and the subscription, demanded my money back and will buy from a local vet from now on. Chewy is not trustworthy!
