I would like to tell about my experience with this company. I had bought a automatic ball launcher and it stopped working. I called them to get another one sent. I spoke to a woman named Francesca, she is wonderful and her customer service is above and beyond. I had mentioned that my dog Lulu had passed away she was so sympathetic and said how sorry she was. not only did she send out another ball launcher with no questions asked I came home from work and there was a box out front from Ftd the flower company. I opened the box and there was some beautiful flowers in a glass vase and a card signed by her and Chewy. I cried because I have never heard of a company that does something like this. everything I deal with one of these wonderful people they have all everyone of them have been so nice so helpful like they are a friend on the other end of the line. I just want them to know how much I appreciate everything they do and thank you to Francesca you are so amazing and I thank you for your kind and careing words they mean more than you will ever know. I will always buy from Chewy for all of my pet needs. thank you thank you thank you from the bottom of my heart. I wish I could send a pix of the flowers and the card. Kim Virgin.

I have to say, I have always received the items ordered with a day or two; I cannot complain in any way of their service. It has been excellent. This past weekend, one of my dogs passed and to my surprise I received a beautiful message via email from them and today received flowers with another beautiful message giving me their condolences. I have to say, they are incredible. Customers are much more than just that to them.

My dog had recently passed away. I had just received two of his prescriptions that I had through Chewy. I reached out to them to see if I could return them and they refunded me all the money for them. One of them was for his allergy meds, which they cannot take back and they still refunded me for them. Now that alone would be a great experience with a company. Well it doesn't end there. I returned home that day to find flowers with a card from Chewy waiting for me. That was an above and beyond gesture that I would have never expected. It made my day that must brighter during sad times.

I set up autoship which I canceled mid-march, 2022 (for April) due to another bill being $200 more than expected. Apparently, it didn't cancel and so they charged my account and shipped it anyway. I called them in a panic and they refunded the money right away and told me they are going to redirect the package back to them. If it comes by accident, I will call them to send it back with a new shipping label. I am so grateful, because my rent and a few other bills would have bounced tomorrow if they had not done that. I will DEFINITELY be coming back and telling my friends. They were patient with my freaking out and very professional. Because of them my rent will not bounce by the error! Thank you!

I have used Chewy.com for years. Best customer service around. When my dog passed recently, I came home to a beautiful arrangement of flowers with a sympathy card. They really do “get” pet parents. Once I find my new best friend, I’ll be back! Lifelong customer here.

Chewy is the best. I had an issue with my order. No questions asked. I’ll get replacement in 2 days. What business does that. I’m with Chewy

Time and time again Chewy has displayed amazing customer service. Every request I've had, they've gone above and beyond to show they appreciate me and my pets as customers. Quick response time to questions, Help with substitutions and ordering when my items were out of stock, and even sincere condolences when my other pet passed away. Awesome communication and helpfulness. Prices are lower than the stores too!

My family and I rely on them for 90% of our pets’ needs. They make spoiling our pets easy!
