they told me my dogs food should be here in 1-3 days and if I ordered more than$49 it would be free. day 5 and still no food and my dog ran out of food. they will lie to you to get what they want and customer service just repeats everything in a robot manner. they don't care about it.

Chewy always ben great until a few months ago. I always order the same flea and tick medicines for my fur babies. My babies are only 6 lbs and 8 lbs. So i always order the 5-10 lbs trifexis. Well the rep put in the order for 10-20 lbs tablet. I did not realize that it was for a different weight until both of my babies throw up the day I gave them the medicine. Thats when i realized that the weight was wrong for the medicine. I called chewy told them what happened. They said they were going to email me the return package label. waited over a week still no return label. called chewy back and the rep said they will email and send me a return label through the mail. waited for over a week and still no return label. called them again for the 3rd time to get the return label. still nothing. after the 5th time i called in about it. a week later finally I received the label through the mail. still haven't received none of the ones they emailed me. Now its been over 3 months. i return the wrong medicine that the rep sent out. still no replacement for the medicine that I spent $127.99. I called in and basically they will not replace the item that was sent mistakenly on their end. Not mine... So now I have to spend over a hundred to purchase some more medicine to keep my fur babies protected.

Chewy itself is good, but it’s choice in delivery partners, FedEx leaves a lot to desired. EVERY order is a hassle to get on time! They don’t seem to know how to deliver to rural areas … if it ain’t a subdivision, they get lost! Chewy might want to consider another carrier rather than reshipping my orders on a regular basis.

I have been a loyal customer of chewy since 2019 I have recently moved and noticed my puppy itching after giving her nexgard… we went to the vet twice and discovered she had an allergic reaction now to the nexgard.. I called chewy to let them know that my auto shipped I received but can no longer use it due to allergies my dog developed… I received a NO on the return of an unopened box of nexgard because I was “ 5 “ days overdue on the return policy…..!?!! Really??!?? Wow thank you for treating your loyal customers like crap!!!! Never again will I order from chewy… I feel like they just took my money and ran!!!!! What a disappointment to say the least!!!!

They stole $69.95 from me and tried to paint me out as a liar even after showing proof of original order amd where it was debited from my account. There was an issue with manufacturer so the item never shipped but I still got charged for it. When you steal from me and politely say I'm a liar when I have the proof. I will never shop with them again.

Our pet Puggle dog, Daisy Mae passed away and we notified Chewy to stop the auto delivery's for her. A few days later we received a flower bouquet and note from English Garden delivered to our home from Chasity at Chewy. It was so nice and much appreciated. Chewy absolutely has our future business. Ok, Chewys once was trusted fir good quick deliveries. Now the company is achieved a better quality. "I'm Sorry coming from management. 9 days to receive a order. Now, having reasons to default, is quite common to the customer in these times. Yet, may the customer beware is at a all time high. So watch the so called highlight advertising done by Chewy.
