The best company I have ever dealt with. Their customer service goes above and beyond. Instead of taking returns back, they tell you to donate it to a local shelter. They gave me a $20 credit because my package was taking a long time.

Best company I have ever done business with. I ordered Vetmedin for my Shih Tzu with CHF. This heart medication is $80 and very hard to find. I had to have my dog euthanized on a Friday and the medication came on a Monday. They not only refunded me but they also sent me a floral arrangement and a sympathy card. Who does that???

We have been using Chewy for our‘s pet supplies for years now. Whether it’s my mistake or theirs they will refund me. I’m uncomfortable with them refunding when I made the mistake and will use the items in the future, so I decline the refund. If there was a mistake on their part they refund and I forward the item to our local human Society (since it’s an item we would not use) which we support by fostering and supples needed. My daughter is a big supporter of THS and gives a least $100 of her hard working $ to THS since age 8. Her Christmas wish at age 9 was for Santa to drop off supplies to the human society. I don’t think I ever come upon such great customer service from a company as chewy, If you have been hesitant to use chewy, know you will not be dissatisfied. We have fish, 3 cats and one free roam bunny. We live in the mountains and only have a Petco 30 minutes away. Chewy price always beat Petco! And chewy has free shipping for orders over $49 and only $4.99 ship price for any size order if under $49. I love that it ships to the door by fedX as we only get USPS at our PO box. So convenient getting these large boxes to the door as we spend around $150 a month. We love Chewy!

I would like to share with everyone how much I value Chewy as a company for providing the highest quality products and expansive selection of all products across the board. But most of all is the kindness, professionalism, thoughtfulness and empathy that all of their pet professionals provide to the customers. On 2 occasions when I had unfortunately lost my beloved dogs I was comforted by a caring Chewy member. And to my surprise both times I received a beautiful floral bouquet and heart felt card expressing sympathy and offer to help if I needed anything. Words cannot express how appreciative and thankful I am to Chewy.com. I have never encountered another Company that stands high above all the rest! Keep up the great service that you provide! There is no greater company than Chewy! I and many others are customers for life!

This company has been so incredibly convenient for me and has yet to save me at least $100 over the last year of purchasing my dog’s food through them. Their subscription and save service is awesome! It is one less thing I need to worry about: shopping and purchasing my dogs food. It’s just sent to me every month and a half automatically. It saves me time, effort to bring up to my second story apartment, and saves me money! I can’t think of many other services that can do all of those things. Normally it costs more, but this is cheaper. Also, toys and bones are nearly half the price than PetSmart and this shipping is wicked quick (Las Vegas, NV). I get most things within one day, sometimes two. I can’t recommend this company enough. Super super awesome. I love being their customer.

Cheaper and way more convenient than Petsmart or Petco. 15 pound bags of pet food straight to my door without ever standing in a long checkout line holding it.

We unexpectedly lost our dog shortly after placing an order with Chewy. I notified Chewy that we needed to cancel the order and why. They sent us a very thoughtful email, sent a sweet bouquet of flowers to us and made a donation to a pet shelter in our area on behalf of our dog. We were touched by the support they showed us and the caring they demonstrated for the pets in our area. A truly exceptional company.

I have used Chewy numerous times, especially during the pandemic without issue. In fact, their service WAS great. Was being the key word. I bought a all in one pond filter that stopped working within 4 months. I was closing the pond for winter so stored it away. I was one month over the 1 year return policy and am now out over $300.00. I bought it from Chewy because it was cheaper however my normal pond people would have fixed it. Live and learn and no more Chewy here.
