i have guinea pigs and boy do they eat...a lot!! chewy is almost always open for any inquiries..will always help with any product info..and always makes sure my items are delivered the way i request!! BRAVO CHEWY!

Have been buying from Chewy for a long time. Was very happy with them till now. I received a coupon for 20 % off for prescription products. The food I buy is prescription and can not get it without the vet, they said that doesn't count, was very rude and hung up. What a shame.

I've been a long time chewy customer (since 2017), but I'm finally moving on since I've had about 4 deliveries in the past 6 months never make it to my door even though it says "delivered". Sad because I liked the company, but it gets frustrating when you have to go to the store anyway to buy food since the delivery is 4+ days delayed. I've also experienced some poor customer reps lately, which had never happened to me in previous years. When I reached about one of my packages missing in an order (the order was split into 2), the rep didn't offer any sympathy, said a replacement would be processed and immediately disconnected the chat.

My 16 yr old dog, Mr. Guyu died 2Sundays ago. I called Chewy to cancel my diaper order. Not only was your service representative professional, Christina was kind and thoughtful. Thank you for listening. The flowers are so beautiful. I appreciate your kindness. Rev.ARuth Weeks

We use chewy for all our pets needs. They are always friendly and eager to please their customers. We have needed to return items on occasion and they always are happy to refund. Also super fast shipping. 5 stars for this company.

First and foremost, we love Chewy. I do have a question about the boxes that we receive our 35 lb dog food in. The handles on those boxes are inside the box and serve no purpose to the delivery person or the client. Thank you.

Loved Chewy for years. Wish I could of stayed. They have great prices and up tell today had great service. The reason I had to switch is because they use FedEx and the driver for this area likes to leave my orders wherever he feels like. Like today was down the alley on the street. I need the boxes actual delivered to my front door, my home. Chewy has tried to resolve this along with me, but FedEx dosen't seem to care. I wrote an email to Chewy saying, that there was another issue today and I would need to find I new pet food supplier, not because of them but because of FedEx and how I was sad. Now Chewy replied with cancelations of all my orders, with included my pets medications, without even reaching out to me. Like I haven't even had a chance to look into a new company, yet transfer over scripts. They staright up slammed the door in my face. I guess Chewy and FedEx are one of the same two companies that care nothing about whos actual paying their bills (the customers). So freaking sad.

Ive been doing business for several years. I ordered a speciality order for my cats who are 19 and sick. This food was the only food we could get them to eat on their last days on earth. My 1st cat passed and a month later my second cat passed. It was very emotional and I called Chewy to stop our auto orders. They were so kind and refunded our orders and we are going to donate to a shelter. But here is the thing that bought me to tears. The next day they send us flowers!! What big company does that with a wonderful note? Chewy you have a fan for life and a loyal costumer for life. Thanks for caring during a difficult time.
