5 star for sure!! I have used chewy for a few years now, auto shipping on and off. We recently lost our 2 dogs, only 56 days apart, a very devastating time for our family. I had already placed a prescription order for over $100, when our second guy passed. Unfortunately it shipped that same day so I contacted them, at first they said they can't do anything since it's a script, which I figured and that was fine. Received an email of condolences and that a refund would be issued. The refund was in my bank the next morning. 2 days later we received a dozen yellow roses and a sympathy card. I will continue using this company and praise them for caring for their customers! I was so surprised by this! Amazing a big company cares that much!! 100% recommend them!! Thank you chewy for the roses!! It means a lot!

Recently i needed to get my dachshund Cooper’s very important pain meds i had messed order up online so i called and got Oscar he went up n above helping me he helped me update stuff n asked if he could do ANY MORE he had already helped me for at least 45 mins He wanted to confirm which pet was next when he said Lilybell i told home to remove her as she had passed away recently which started me crying he was so compassionate n comforting we got everything fixed and i asked him if i could talk to his supervisor to let them know just how much he did for me 5 plus stars!! i’ve been with them since 2016 and they never cease to amaze me with professionalism n the best possible service i’ve always been treated this way there are so many incredible employees there!!! they train their employees to be of service but they don’t forget to tell them to be themselves also two days later i got a beautiful glass vase with pink daisies n pink snapdragons n yellow baby roses n the most heartfelt card enclosed expressing condolences Thank you so much Chewy n OSCAR!!!

I ordered Revolt heartworm, flea, and tick prevention for my dogs on 5/22/22. I received a package from them, at my address in Texas, that i opened on 5/29/22 that did not contain my order, and the invoice inside the box had a California address! So I called and was told this had already been reported to them, probably by the California people, and Chewy had already resent my order to me. On June 2, I got a call from customer service about this order and was told my order would soon ship out to me. I thought it had shipped already. These people are polite and nice enough but they don't know what they are doing. One agent told me to donate the 1st order I got (the CA one) to any shelter and the second agent wants me to send it back to chewy. I will have to find somewhere more reliable and competent to get my pet meds from.

I have used Chewy for many years to order my dog’s food. I have always found them to be convenient and reliable. Recently my beloved fur baby passed away, so I reached out to Chewy to let them know and to cancel autoship. A few days later I received a sympathetic email and beautiful flowers!!! This is going above and beyond! It is evident that Chewy truly cares for their customers. I would highly recommend Chewy for your pet care needs! Amy

Chewy has good products and makes it easy for us to get stuff for our cats and dog on a schedule. However, we have a lot of problems with their shipping. They use FedEx, and our packages get lost often. It especially sucks with the cat food because it’s a prescription food, so we can’t just easily pick it up elsewhere.

Chewy has been amazing! Everything from no hassle returns and very friendly customer service. Would absolutely recommend to anyone. Recently my beloved pup passed and I needed to remove her from auto ship, They sent beautiful flowers and a heartfelt card. It made me feel they cared about her and me. We've used Chewy for almost 10 years, and have always had an excellent experience - very large inventory of prescription and non-prescription items at great prices and extremely fast, consistent 2-day delivery. And their customer service is incredible. Two recent examples: 1) When FedEx failed to deliver a Chewy box of food, etc. on the expected date, Chewy immediately sent a second box of all the items and told us to donate them if the first box ever arrived (which it did and we did), and 2) We recently had to say goodbye to our 15 year old dog; when we notified Chewy online, we almost immediately received a long, heartfelt email from a customer service rep, and then they sent flowers to our home. We can't say enough about good things about Chewy, and have recommended them to everyone we know who has pets.

Ordered dog snacks and heartworm meds. yesterday PM, box at my door at 9:10 this AM. Absolutely incredible!!!!! My first order-I’m sold!
