Product was misrepresented. The ad clearly states that I was buying a lamp. All I got was an $18 light bulb. A lot of good that does me. I will never use Chewy again.

I've used chewy for years. I place an order twice each month. Chewy is great. I love the fast shipping. However, chewy uses Fed-Ex for delivery. They're not so good. They leave my boxes by the road (rain or shine) for anyone to pick up. I've received boxes with ants in them, boxes soaked from the rain that fall apart, ect. I've contacted FedEx several times. My complaints, fall on deaf ears. For this reason, I have chosen to stop using chewy. I now use Amazon. They bring my orders to the door. I've found some cheaper prices too.

This is the third time orders are delayed. My autoship said they were shipping a certain day and i had to call after the day, my order was sitting in the web-cart. Then i spike to a rep who provided a date and 2 days later got a message - the order was delayed. This has happened before. I prefer amazon to chewy, Amazon has way better customer service not just polite but the capacity to resolve matters.Chewy reps are very polite but the job does not always get done. If you have pet meds in your order, be ready. One shipment got so convoluted I never received, for those go local through a vet, especially if it is time sensitive.

I recently became a first time buyer for Chewy. I ordered some toys for my furbaby grandson ❤️❤️. When the toys arrived I knew right away that the ball I ordered was too small for him. He’s an Aussie Doodle Puopy and he’s already such a big boy. I called Chewy’s customer service line where I was connected to a sweet lady. After telling her my concerns she told me to donate the ball to another dog owner. Reimbursed me my money. Helped me place an order on Friday for a bigger ball for him, and on Saturday it was here. WoW 🤩. I am forever a Chewy customer and will be buying all his products from them. Thank You Chewy⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Love love love this company! I've been ordering for several years at least and recently I had to put my cat to sleep. I called Chewy's to see if I could return a case of cat food. I still had half a case of unused cat food which I planned on donating. To my complete surprise, Ian credited me two cases and passed along condolences. What blew me away was the vase of flowers that was delivered two days later with a very nice note from Ian saying he was sorry for my loss. I do not know of one company that does that but Chewy does. When I am ready for my next pet, you can bet I will definitely be ordering from Chewy.

Ordered from Chewy thinking that it would save money rather than buying from the vet but found out the hard way that Chewy was 25% more expensive than the vets price. Who would have thought it?
