Wrote a poor review on one of the products they carry (overly "wet" cat food). Got an immediate response from Chewy, NOT the manufacturer, with a refund. I am blown away. This is a very good company---which I have known for a long time.

I just cancelled my Chewy account after placing an order and then getting an email to confirm my order. I called the 800 number to confirm. I provided my name and address (3 times), order number, all items ordered, and payment method. She then wanted more information including my email address for my Paypal account. I asked her why did she needed more info as I thought they had plenty of information and they kept insisting that she need more to verify, so I told her to just cancel my account. I'm not giving out my info over the phone. Bye bye Chewy. Lots more Pet stores around.

I'm writing to gratefully thank Alonda and Chewy for the beautiful sympathy flowers for our beloved Holly. We have cried so much these past few days, the flowers were such a beautiful sentiment of your kindness and thoughtfulness to our family. We appreciate all that you have done for us these past years. You are truly a one of a kind company that cares for our beloved pets. We can not thank you enough for going above and beyond. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts!

I have only had positive experiences with Chewy. They definitely know how to run a business and make you feel like family. They genuinely seem to care about animals and there customers too. Their prices are very competitive to Walmart. If there is an issue with an order they straighten it out right away. My cat passed and they sent me flowers. I'm sure they cannot do this with everyone but what company does that?This company is going nowhere! I will definitely be buying stock in it now. Our experience with Chewy has always been a positive one. I can count on the deliveries being on time and if there is a delay because of any reason they keep you informed. We find what we need and they offer great customer service. I sent an email about an opened package of food and they replied the same day and sent a replacement. We will definitely continue to use Chewy.

was told by the vet to order my dogs special food and all would be good. Denied because they contacted the wrong vet. when i called them, they had no record of my vets location. when i gave them all the info they couldn't find it in their system and it would take up to 48 hours to resolve. 24 hours later my account was debited the amount, but the order was not approved. kidding me, take my money but not ship my order??? one and only time i will use this service. Hope they go down!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

My daughter purchased chewy products for her dog Miss Wiggles for many years. Chewy always send birthday cards for Miss Wiggles. Sadly Miss Wiggles passed. Chewy sent their traditional birthday card and my daughter informed them of her demise. A couple of days later my daughter received a sympathy note and flowers from Chewy. This simple gesture will make us lifelone custermers. We have used chewy and have always been impressed by their prices, selection, and service but this goes above and beyond. Thank you chewy

Ordered 2 items my dog food came late and had to buy another bag for the mean time. And my second order wich is a bag of chicken feed hasn't been delivered yet, had 2 chickens who had died of hunger I order these items on July,16,2022. Another problem that happened is you guys took the money out then days later put it back on my card then again took the money out after the dog food has been delivered im guessing that's whats going to happen with the bird feed also never had a problem intill now I'm deeply unsatisfied.
