If I could give more stars I would. You guys are absolutely amazing! Great help and you pick up the phone. No computer but a real person immediately. My doggie was very sick and we thought we had to put her down. As I was stressed and crying on the phone, customer service helped me immediately. No “sorry can’t cancel your order because it’s already being processed…..” she cancelled it and went above and beyond to do so! On top you send a bandana, cap and a get well card. I just want to cry. Our doggie is wearing the bandana and she will be rocking it out around our neighborhood. You are amazing, you have a customer for life. Thank you, thank you!!!!

I was a chewy customer for 9 years and that is over. My account got hacked and wI as notified by chewy. Two orders that they shipped to other addresses. They refunded me and canceled my auto ship. They set it back up for me. Then out of the blue I got an email explaining that my autos hip was again canceled and I needed to reset my password, call customer service and once I have told them then I could set the auto ship back up. I had just done this after I was hacked. I am now buying from Amazon for the same price and getting the same day. Bug bye Chewy

Only chewy for 5 years now. Fair and honest. Easy prescription products, compensation for back order items. Great customer service. They pick up the phone! Quick delivery. No need to carry heavy litter or food bags.

Website said it would ship my product in 1-3 business days after 8 business days they canceled my order with no explanation as to why. Hesitant to order from this site again.

I purchased a cat condo on January 31, 2021 for a total of $129.16. Chewy charged my virtual debit card for this amount and then cancelled the order. Repeated calls to customer service, including speaking with a supervisor “Elizabeth” who actually got on the phone with the debit card company to “release the funds back” since Chewy cancelled the order. I spent hours trying to resolve this. I was a faithful Chewy customer for years, with 8 various rescued cats/dogs but I will never do business with them again. I spend about $400 per month for supplies for my pets-my business now goes to Amazon and Petco.

In my opinion, Chewy.com has superior customer service. I have been ordering for several years, and in that time had only a couple issues which I contacted them about. They immediately credited me (without my asking), told me to donate or share what I didn’t want, and replaced what was needed. Just recently, we lost both of our senior cats in less than 2 months. I contacted them to cancel my auto ship and close my account. When I informed them why, they were so kind, and without my asking, credited my last order which I received a couple days before my last cat passed. And then a couple days later…surprise! They sent flowers! It made my day, as we were having a tough one missing them. I believe Chewy,com and their employees truly care and try to make everything right for their customers. If and when we get another pet, you can bet I will be a returning customer.

Excellent customer service for many years. Their Autoship option helped me tremendously especially with my dog Moxie’s prescription dog food at a great price. I could pick and choose each shipment and if I had questions, customer service picked up immediately with no automated responses. Thank you so much

Twice this year had issues from Chewy (one was ongoing for weeks, shipping related) and without fail, I always have to go through several representatives and finally ask for a supervisor before getting any actual truth, help, information, or action. Every. Single. Time.
