I had multiple long term auto-refill orders with Chewy, spending thousands of dollars over the years. One of my dogs passed away that had a prescription auto-refill and Chewy customer service refused to allow me to return the unopened boxes. They have lost my business for good. Shame on you Chewy!

Always prompt delivery, if somethings not right they fix it, easy to order, informed of status through the ordering/shipping process. Highly recommend this company and their products!

I cancelled - or at least thought I had cancelled auto shipment - of prescription cat food. My cat would no longer eat it and, in addition, I think it may have been causing her to vomit frequently. Did I err in the cancellation or they err in processing it? Who knows?A week or so later, $72 worth of cat food arrived in the mail. They did not question my need to return the food nor offer instructions on how to do so. The money simply reappeared in my credit account. Distressed at wasting the food, I called and offered to pay the cost of returning it. I learned then that they unable to accept prescription food returns. The person I talked to then spent 15 minutes researching shelters near me that could use it. In the several years I have been using Chewy, this same high quality of customer service has been typical.

I love Chewy.com. I always tell my friends what a great company Chewy is. I bought something their website that my dog didn't like, not only did Chewy refund my money, they told me to donate it! Who does that? No other company I know of. I called Chewy yesterday and cancelled my autoship of my my dogs Apaquell because my husband passed away on July 17, 2022 and I don't know if I'll be able to afford it. The women I spoke with was so nice. Her name was Arielle. This morning there was a knock on my door. Arielle from Chewy.com sent me flowers! It made me cry. What a nice thing to do! I can't say enough about the kindness and caring of Chewy.com and Arielle!

chewy.com auto shipped a product that I had cancelled auto ship on and they charged my CC without authorization and they will not accept a returner a clearly damaged unordered product. customer service is awful and I would suggest using another mail order service like petco. beware of Chewy they have become tarnished.

Chewy.co is one of the best examples of true customer service in this day and age. Not only are their products great, the prices are reasonable, the shipping is fast, and, if there is ever a problem with an order, you can count on them to go out of their way to make things right. Very impressive company.

Chewy’s customer service is top notch. On the few occasions I’ve had an issue with an order or needed a question answered, they responded quickly (always within a few hours) and were unbelievably helpful! I had an order that was stated “delivered” by FedEx but it was nowhere to be found and they completely refunded me and resent everything in my order overnight without issue.

Have been a chewy customer since 2017, ordering a large order every 3 months. Tried to order today and got an email that my info needed to be verified. Called the number. Spent 25 minutes on the phone with an incompetent person. Tried the chat. Was told I had to use the phone. All the convenience goes out the window when you waste 30+ minutes of the business day trying to order some dental bones. Will just stop at the pet store on the way home in the future! Never again.
