I had ordered CBD for lungs because my because my Bichon has lung cancer. She did not make it before we received it. I called to get a refund and Ismael answered my call. He was so kind. He not only refunded my money within an hour, but the next day gorgeous flowers were delivered to me with a sympathy card. I will be a Chewy customer for life. Thank you, Ismael, for your thoughtfulness.

Customer Service at its BEST !!! with CHEWY.com My AutoShip Order was left in my driveway by the carrier. When I took my car out of the garage, I drove over the 40 pound bag of dog food - about $80. When I called them to report it, they immediately sent out a replacement bag although I had told them that much of the bag was fine but they sent the replacement anyway. I got the bag of food the next day - at my front door. Chewy you're the best.

The people at chewy have exemplified kindness more than once in the years I've been a customer. There have been some rough spots at times, but for me, the rough patches are overlooked, and erased when they hire employees and supervisors that are not only kind humans, but people that exude compassion and take the time to do such things as send flowers when another persons heart is broken. Thank you Chewy for not only the products you offer but for the important stuff, the "good stuff" that means so much to others!!!

I have really loved chewy until my last order 1232317982. I ordered 3 month supplies of revolution for Piper and Leo for flea and tick the small cat and large cat sizes. Unsure why topical over the counter flea and tick needs a prescription but anyways. My vet said they never received a prescription fax for Leo or piper after three days. I call customer service today and was transferred to a pharmacist. She says the vet clinic wasn’t on the order but she knew which vet office and said she had the same phone number. I never told her the clinic so to say it wasn’t on the order but know which clinic didn’t make sense. She assured me she faxed the order. I went to the vet today to get my cat his rabies vaccine. The vet just told me they ONLY got a prescription request for Leo and it was for the smaller cat weight (which is pipers size and cannot be prescribed to Leo). So they couldn’t fill it. They had no order for piper and did not have both revolution size requests. A little frustrated…. I thought it was supposed to be simple. It’s just OTC flea and tick…

We called chewy customer service to delete auto order as our 14 yr old Goldendoodle passed away this past week. They were so nice and amazingly gracious when we spoke to them. Today, we got flowers from Chewy and Stephan. Thank you so much for thinking of us during this difficult time. We had no children and Marley was as close as it gets for us. The house is empty without her, but the flowers were beautiful and shed some light in her absence. Love, Shannon, Robert & Marley (in spirit)

Excellent Customer Service & So Thoughtful! Just wanted to share how touched we are by the customer service by Chewy. When we called to cancel the autoships for our dog who passed away last week, they not only refunded the cost of her meds from last month, but delivered fresh flowers and a card to us the next day. Wonderful customer service. Wonderful company!!

I recently used the chat feature on the Chewy website when I unexpectedly lost my fur baby Sasha. Olice, the person I was chatting with was very compassionate and helpful by cancelling my auto-ship items. Not only did he offer his condolences, a few days later I received a flower delivery from Chewy with his name. This level of service is why I will use Chewy when I get my next fur baby!

Chewy.com is an amazing, caring and generous company. I contacted them and asked about returning items I purchased for my dog as she passed away. They didn’t ask for the items back and suggested I donate them and refunded me back for everything I purchased. I am always blown away with their customer service and generosity. If you are an auto ship customer you have access to speak with a vet which I used sevral times. So grateful for this company.
