If I could leave 10 stars I would! My sister and I both order from chewy, she for her dog, me for my 2 cats and dog treats too, since I am a pet sitter. My sister had the unfortunate fate for her companion of putting him to sleep. It was an awful experience, so sad and difficult. Of course she had to cancel the dog food subscription with chewy. Well...low and behold, last week a flower delivery came to my sisters door. Chewy had sent her flowers. Who does that? What an incredibly kind thing to do! I can't tell you how much it meant to my sister... It doesn't get any better than this. If you can't find what you need with chewy then you don't need it. They are fair with pricing and their customer service is without a doubt superb.

Chewy is fantastic. I've ordered from them so many times, and the shipping is always super fast and they have great deals on their products. I've bought cat litter on there for like half the price I'd spend in-store.

Chewy is the best I had ordered food for my puppies and I received a message the food was delivered. Checked everywhere around my house I couldn’t find that a box was left. Called the customer service number and without hesitation they sent another box of food to my house

I received a dozen yellow roses today from chewy.com in regards to the passing of my sweet fur baby Sampson. I am so moved and touched by this compassionate gesture. Thank you Shante of chewy com.

Their shipping estimates are always changing and incorrect. As they choose to ship with god awful FedEx, your auto ship orders will always be running late. My cat can only eat his prescription food and when it’s always late (8 days late this time around) my choices are to either have my cat starve, feed him non-prescription food that will end up making him sick and cost thousands for surgery, or I can drive 2 hours away to the one vet that *might* have some spare in stock, and even then I have to *hope* they are willing to sell me a couple cans because the vet has limited stock for themselves and doesn’t typically sell to the public. Unless they choose to use a different shipping carrier other than FedEx, I will no longer be shopping with Chewy. FedEx being unreliable and loosing items or having delays is nothing new and happened way before Covid, in case they try and use Covid as an excuse

I don't know what I would do without chewy.com. I ran out of dog food the other day thinking I had more in the basement but didn't and in one day I had my 40 lb bag of dog food delivered. I love chewy and can always count on them to get me what I need and to get it quickly for a reasonable price. I can't say it enough I love chewy.

I called... and a human answered. In 2022. I couldn't believe it when the phone just rang. No automated message. No ads or crappy music. No endless list of menus. Just a ring, and then Christian. He let me know they might be recording the call, then we got right down to business. I was calling regarding an order that had been canceled for an unknown reason. Christian let me know that the issue isn't uncommon and he'd look into it straight away. He pulled up my account based on some basic info, and he reinstated the order to be shipped the same day. He even gave me free shipping for no reason at all! Also, it's worth mentioning that it was 2:30am MT in the US. I had no idea that service like this still existed in 2022. A true breath of fresh air. Thanks Christian! And thanks Chewy!

I was ordering all pet supplies on Autoship $200 +/mo. They were shipping all in one box which weighed at least 100 lbs. I asked repeatedly to please ship in two boxes as I could not lift 100 lbs. Did it once, then went back to 1 box. Got tired of calling over and over, so I just empty the box on the porch...real fun in the rain and winter. Also, constantly out of stock on basics, "autoship savings" deal is minuscule, and delivery went from 2 days to whenever. Last straw was when their pharmacist refused to fill a prescription written and confirmed correct by my veterinarian for my ailing / in pain 11 y/o dog, taking over a week without notifying me of any issue, only discovering after calling myself to find the pharmacist has decided he knows more than my vet of 35 years experience. His "judgement call" has left my dog suffering, significantly rolled back her progress /well being, and will have to restart this treatment from the beginning (more bucks for me). When I asked his reasoning between the drug my vet prescribed and the one he would fill (which are exactly the same active ingredient) his only reason was one had a preservative and the other not...except the other he was willing to fill costs almost double. The script was written so that the drug would be used before any expiration date would occur. It was complete nonsense. It was pretty clear Chewy cared more about profit than my dog. I canceled all services and went to competitor Pet Flow...same autoship service with a full $10 discount every order, same products but less expensive, same delivery window. Wasn't a tough choice at this point.
