Chewy.comReviews of chewy.com

I have been having dog food and treats delivered from chewy for a few years. If there is any problems they are always there to fix it. I even had a representative find a cheaper price for me on the treats. I highly recommend

How could anyone give Chewy less than a 5 star review? We've been customers for 7+ years and LOVE this company. We've ordered dozens, if not hundreds, of items from them. They have real customer service- like, an actual person picks up when you call and deals with your ask right away, with clear communication. Or same over chat. If there is an issue with an order or you don't like a product, they will often just refund it entirely and ask you to donate the item rather than shipping it back. That's happened 3x to us. How amazing is that? I don't know how they stay in business being so generous to their customers but we are lifelong customers as a result. They almost always have the products we're looking for at prices as good or often better than the local stores. However, we also shop/ support our local pet stores as we like to support them, so try to balance both. Highly recommend Chewy to any pet owner.

CHEWY, YOU ARE THE BEST!!! Chewy are an excellent company. When an item had arrived damaged, they replaced it no questions asked and no charge. Once when they sent the wrong food, they replaced it and asked me to donate the food to needy pets. So I did. When I told them that my cat would not eat the food that I got her from them, I asked if I could send it back. They told me to donate that food to needy pets and took the cost from my next order. How many companies are that generous these days! I again donated the food. Then when my beloved cat Bindi died I called to have her name taken off my Pets list telling them why. A day later I got some flowers from the Chewy rep that took that call. Thank you Hannah from Chewy! That was very kind of you! They are efficient and very helpful. They donate to pet charities and have done their best through difficult covid times with food scarcity to make sure our pets are fed. I named one of my rescue kittens, 'Chewy'. He is a fiesty little chap! He is strong just like the company I named him after! He has a good home now. They certainly care about our pets and those animals that are needy. Thank you Chewy. In my books you are the best.

First please fix your scoring system to allow consumers to choose a 0 star rating if they feel their experience requires such a harsh score. It would definitely be less annoying and in my case this company deserves nothing but to go out of business. My multiple experiences with chewy have all been terrible but this is based on my last and final issue. I had called to place an order with them in the past they were done online but I called it in because I was having a possible hacking issue into my primary email. I provided them a back up email that on a regular day I do not use and therefore it is very rarely checked. During the call I did make it 100% clear I did not want this email saved nor did I want a online profile for their website created and I definitely declined auto ship, it was a 1 time use so I could receive my order confirmation and tracking information. 2 months later I noticed a charge on my account so I contacted customer service to verify my account I provided my permanent email address since at that point my email issue had been resolved. I was advised by them that they did not find an order that had been placed by me or shipped to me and they needed to escalate the issue to the IT department and would get back to me the following day. I never received that return call but what I did receive was a package I never ordered so I refused it and it was returned to them. I called again to check the status was again told I would receive a call that also never happened. My life doesn't revolve around these people and try to force them to get their head out of their asses and do their job so It honestly slipped my mind. The following month same thing happened but by then I was livid because I went back to my bank account to look for the refund I assumed I would have received since refusing the package but I was never given one. Once again I'm on the phone with these people this time out of the gate I was transferred straight to a supervisor after explaining the situation she once again said she would need to send it to IT and would return my call the next day after screaming at her for 5 minutes I just hung up. Shockingly the next morning this woman did return my call she advised me the reason they couldn't locate it the previous month was because it was under another email address and that a rep had created the account and it was on autoship. I explained the entire situation to her she then advised me she deleted this other account issued the refund and put a stop on this package that was sent. 2 days later I received the package that I again sent back to them but what I didn't receive was the refund. That was last month this month the same situation happened again and I was so angry I knew there was no way I could possibly speak calmly to them so I instead sent an email to customer service giving them 1 more opportunity to fix this situation they responded and stated the account was not deleted it was still there they issued the refund basically the same thing I was told the month prior. Again it came anyway and again I sent it back but this time there was a credit. For each month the amount they took was $19.99 however they decided to issue a refund of $14.82 are you kidding!?! I replied to the email with a very harshly worded response asking why this amount and where were the other 2 refunds I didn't receive and I got no response. I ended up sending this to them 4 times with no response each time. The other day I called again at this point wanting information to the corporate office so I could escalate this myself since they obviously were doing nothing to help me her response was they don't have one. She said there isn't a phone number email or even an address to mail them a letter. BS! I have called twice today each time being put on hold and mysteriously being hung up on. At this point I think my only option is to seek legal assistance which is absolutely ridiculous since it was a total of $60 but it is the point of it. To me its fraud I didn't order or authorize anything yet they took money and will not return it. You can't treat customers like that and get away with it. Horrible

I bought medication from chewy's Pharmacy by mistake. BTW chewy 5 times more expensive than getting it at CVS... It was still in the shipping process. It had not even been delivered. So I called Chewy for a refund and return... they said NO. I'm a good customer.. Thanks, Chewy for stiffing me for $50.

Like their customer services but their deliveries are horrible. FedEx keeps delivering to the wrong place

Horrible customer service, can't understand why they are so highly rated. Sent orders from my vet for food, vetsulin and needles. They claimed they could not confirm order with my vet. Vets office said Chewy never called them so the vet called them. 2 weeks later, I finally received my order and then a week later a duplicate order. The next time it was due to be filled, they again claimed they had no prescription and said they would contact my vet. Then a few days latet, e-mailed me that they were filling the order. That was 3 weeks ago and I have never received it. Attempts to contact them go unanswered.

This is an incredible company!!! Not only does Chewy have incredible products, they have wonderful customer service! My mother called chewy to let them know her beloved dog was put to sleep and she would not be ordering dog food from them. The next day she received a beautiful bouquet of flowers from a local florist. What a wonderful gesture from a huge company. This company has class and truly cares about its customers!!!
