I want to give a HUGE shout out to Chewy.com. I have used them for years for their convenience and prices but NOW.... They are an amazing company. 1. I called to say I just got an order in and it is unopened. That my dog passed. she was clearly understanding on the phone and refunded my money and asked if I would just donate or pass it on in name of our dog. 2. She stated they are open 24/7 and if I ever need to talk , they are here for me. 3. Yesterday when I got home from work, There was a bouquet of flowers waiting for me with their condolences. AMAZING!

I had stopped using chewy.com as there delivery times were 5 to 7 days which I live in vegas and it's hot. Not only do items get bugs in them from the heat but items get damaged being moved from trucks. When you call they replace them but again you have to wait a week. The prices aren't any cheaper than Petco or Petsmart. I placed an order Monday morning and delivey won't be till Friday? This means my dog food could have bugs as it gets 115 here. Very frustrating and they have lost my business for good this time. With no incentives on prices and delivery have to spend 50 to get free not worth it. I could have had these items today a mile from my home. Never again

I can say that Chewy.com is totally amazing. I’d give them 10 stars. I’ll tell you they bust their butt making things right if there is ever a problem. My order was delivered today after they contacted the shipper immediately after I emailed them. I am impressed and I will always recommend Chewy. The customer service is impeccable. I’m not just saying that. I mean every word of it. Honestly I cannot say enough about their goal to provide the absolute best customer service. Fantastic work Chewy!

Chewy has good prices and delivery is always expected when they say it will arrive. I recommend Chewy!

This has got to be the most incompetent business I have ever dealt with. The Rx dept. can not find the approvals that were faxed to them 2 or 3 times. Also, the Vet called them 3 times and still they have no record of any approvals. i have spent over 4 hrs on the phone with them in the last 4 days. Most of that time was on hold, being cut off, hung up on. The last call by the Dr. said the Rx dept had a bad attitude. I WILL NEEEEVER BUY FROM THEM AGAIN AS LONG AS I LIVE !!!!!!!!!!!! If you want great service and much cheaper prices, buy from walmart petRx online. I saved $34 on the same order from chewy Do NOT BUY FROM CHEWY EVER...........................

I have bought from Chewy several times and never had an issue. I just bought a stroller and a little cup tray was missing along with what I believe are the screws to put it in. Other than that the stroller works fine. I emailed them and within 24 hours they got back to me and apologized and sent me a whole new stroller free of cost. They asked that I might donate the old one to a shelter. Great customer service. They even sent my little dog some loves.

I received my cat food order and some of the cans were damaged. I emailed customer service and within 24 hours a new order was being shipped to me at no cost. The customer service I received was the best. Chewy you all rock! Thank you Malenie for your email.
