I have used them twice before. They are THE WORST! The 1-3 day shipping is a total lie! They say once the order is "released" which means once they take two or three days to process it and IF they remember to call your vet! The medication prices are good but if you need it ASAP, use another service. They are like calling the twilight zone of stupid!

Chewy.com has been great for us so far! We autoship our pup’s food to us every 4 weeks and the delivery service has always been great. Recently I had to start a new auto ship because they discontinued the food we usually get and there was an issue with the auto ship on the new food. I called customer service and they were such a great help, so friendly, and had it fixed within a couple of minutes! I 100% recommend using chewy.com for pet needs.

Chewys uses Ontrac delivery as their delivery service. I've had the same product of cat medicine sent to me. But Ontrac never delivered anything to me. Ontrac delivered my cat medicine to the wrong house, 2x in one week. After I complained to chewys that they would lose my business as long as they use Ontrac. I was told a manager from chewy would call me to discuss further. No one ever called me. They don't care about losing my service. I will never use Chewys again. Anyone reading this, if you order any product you will never see it as long as Ontrac is their service delivery.

Despite being an excellent customer for years, Chewy blocked our account alleging that we are "resellers". After I submitted proof (at their request) that we use our cat food for our own cats and are not resellers, they promised to unblock our account. Yet, after months and months and numerous follow up emails asking them to honor their promise to unblock our account they have failed to do so. We will buy our cat food elsewhere from now on. Beware that Chewy makes what are arbitrary and capricious decisions to terminate customer accounts and then fails to live up to their own promises to rectify the situation once they have been informed they are in error. This is a reflection of their lack of due process, poor customer service culture and a complete lack of integrity as a brand. I have all the documentation to prove everything I am saying.

I would like to do a follow up on my Chewy Review. I received a phone call from a representative from Chewy who expressed her apologies for my recent issue with Chewy. She explained the reason for the error on supposed in stock items and agreed communication would have improved my experience. She also agreed that the customer service I received was less than helpful. Because she took the time to deal with the situation, I think it only fair, I give the company another chance.

I ordered flea and tick meds for my cats( 6 months for 2 cats) yesterday and they were almost $300. YIKES, oh well it is what it is, today I get a phone call that is a CSR for Chewy and she also was a pharmacy tech, she is calling me to inform me that my brand has finally gotten generics that are equivalent in treatment meds and they are CONSIDERABLY less expensive, $92 for 6 months, so needless to say I switched mt order, but now will be truly loyal to chewy for such great training of their CSR's, and their choice of hires, she should get bonuses, Thanks so much

Continue to be impressed with the ease of providing for the needs and wants of my cats through Chewey. Recently an order didn't show up when I was informed that it had arrived. I called Chewey to reorder and it arrived the next day. A few days later my original order showed up so I called Chewey to let them know that I would pay for both orders. I was informed by the as always, very nice Chewey representative, that I would not have to pay for the 1st order since it was their fault. Wow, this was above and beyond my expectations. Very impressed with this service and will recommend to others. Thanks Chewey for your excellent service!

I tried Chewy's for the first time to get meds for my sick cat and I had a horrible experience. I will definitely be sticking with PetMeds. When the medicine I ordered didn't show up with the cat food I ordered at the same time, I called Chewy's to find out what was going on. I got the run around for 45 minutes INCLUDING A LIE that my vet had been contacted but failed to respond. Turns out, Chewy's never acted on my vet's immediate response to the RX request. And they admitted it when I pushed for date and time of Chewy's fax so I could call my vet out. Very disappointed in not only the lack of service but the lack of honesty. Shame on them. When I told my vet what happened she said they have heard from many clients that Chewy's has gone downhill.
