I've been ordering from chewy for awhile now. Never got a wrong item and the pricing is top notch. Today someone stole my package from my house. Called chewy and they replaced at no cost no one questions asked. Best customer service ever. I'm so glad there are people out there that still care about others. 🤗🤗 thank you chewy for making a cat lady happy.

I have had my order autopay/ship for the last 3 months and for some reason Chewy does not know what 2 weeks are. Not 16 days not 17 or 18...14 days and resend! How hard is that. Honestly what is the point of ordering when I still have to go out and buy dog food on the off times my package comes in 16 days after the last reorder. Take my business elsewhere that can actually manage an automated system.

God I wish I could give a negative five star review. I have a cat and all she needed was a refill on a simple prescription. It has taken me hours and multiple back and forth phone calls with my vet and Chewy's useless pharmacy techs. Why this is so difficult I cannot say. I will NEVER use Chew for ANYTHING EVER again.

I purchased an item on line a few weeks ago. And the item was not going to work for me. So I emailed them for info about a refund.. the customer service emailed me back right away and said this: "I’m sorry the Penn-Plax Fishbowl Filter Kit didn't work out, but I'm more than happy to help. I've processed a refund of $24.85 to your PayPal, and that’ll post back to your account within 3-5 business days. If you believe the Penn-Plax Fishbowl Filter Kit could still be of use, please feel free to donate it to a local shelter or rescue. We'd be happy to know that it's going to help pets in need." This is amazing customer service! This made my day! I will continue to do all my orders thru Chewy! Thank you Chewy for standing out and giving me hope in the future of customer service in the world!

The website doesn't inform the shopper that if one adjusts the autoship to a later date, it only will act on the NEXT autoship date, NOT the one you are trying to adjust. It took me an HOUR on the phone to learn that the only way to adjust the CURRENT autoship date is to CALL INTO THE CUSTOMER SERVICE LINE! This was a royal PIA.
