I had to cancel my dog food shipment because my dog died. I was crying on the phone and the lady was really nice. Couple days later I received a dozen yellow roses and a vase. I couldn't believe that they sent me a dozen roses and a sympathy card. Amazing. It was amazing

Their customer service used to be excellent but it has gone downhill in the last year or two. Had to get a new prescription cat food. After contacting my vet, they never received the authorization. Contacted chewy, they said they would resend it. Next day, I contacted the vet again. They still hadn't received it and said there was a problem with chewy sending things to the wrong place. Vet took my order number , contacted chewy and was told it was approved and they would send it out the same day. Next day, still not sent and chewy says they haven't received authorization. Ended up just cancelling and ordered from somewhere else with no problems. Disappointing because chewy used to be such a good company.

I have been auto ordering with Chewy since 2018. I have never had a problem with their customer service. Once some of the treats and pill pockets were crushed in delivery. They sent me new ones, no questions asked. I order cat litter which is too heavy for Fed ex. Asked them to limit weight of packages to 30-40 lbs. They did. I ordered a harness but my dog could not wear it because of a tumor. They reimbursed me and told me to donate it. Recently my dog crossed over the Rainbow Bridge. They reimbursed me for my latest delivery which I have not gotten yet. Told me to donate the supplements. The customer service sent me a beautiful letter of condolences. Most of the negative reviews have to do with the Pharmacy. I agree. It doesn't work too well. Best case scenario, get your pharmacy products somewhere else, but don't knock Chewy's customer service. They are great!

I’ve never had a bad experience with chewy and have been using them for years! They are prompt, helpful and amazing! Highly recommend!

Chewy is the best!! My dog recently passed away and they refunded my medicine and sent me flowers!! How thoughtful and sweet!! Thank you Chewy!!

I needed a refill on my cats dry prescription cat food I sent them a lifetime refill prescription several times yet each time I place an order for it they always want to contact my vet or ask for the prescription again . After the most recent delay I had enough and went to PetSmart and got it within minutes.

I have been ordering products for my two cats from Chewy.com for over a year now. I’ve never had any issues with them and would recommend them to anyone. I had to call them last week to change my auto ship amounts because one of my cats was mauled to death by two German Shepards that got into our yard. This week, unexpectedly, I received a box from Chewy.com with a dozen roses and a beautiful glass vase. I thought people should know that this company really does care about its customers and their pets. Thank you.

I had a prescription for my dog waiting to be fulfilled. I told them (after several days) to let me know if it wouldn't be fulfilled today and I would go elsewhere. No response. When I called again, I was told that it was waiting to be shipped. Wrong! Either They were illegally shipping without my vet's prescription (I called) or they were lying about shipping status. Cancelled my order and got the prescription and took it to Costco - same price! Sorry to say, but this was 2 strikes for me, customer service has went downhill since 2020. They have lost me as a customer!
