I love dealing with the people at chewy. If I ever had a problem they took care of it right away. They are so pleasant and makes the process easy. My Carley pug passed last Thursday. She was 17 and lost the use of her back legs a couple years ago. She got where she couldn’t sit up right. One day my hubby cut the corner of chewy box down that her food came in. I put her cloth pad down and she was able to sit up and eat and look around without falling over. I called her my chewy girl . I have a picture I would love to send but don’t know how. Thank chewy for the flowers I just received today. My little chewy girl is pain free at rainbow bridge.

I just started with Chewy. I had 1 prescription filled & sent. I was waiting for my auto ship for 11/3. I called last week & was on hold 15 minutes while the girl was talking with the pharmacy. They said a request was sent to my Vet for instructions regarding the medicine. I looked today & my order was canceled. According to my Vet office, no instructions are required by Chewy to ship an order & they know that. So, trying to save money with Chewy didn't work as I had to get the medicine from the Vet. According to my Vet office there have been many problems with Chewy. It was such a disappointment as I thought the medicine would ship. Needless to say, I will not be ordering from Chewy again. The people I spoke with didn't seem too concerned. Beware buying from Chewy.

I've only used Chewy a couple times, but my mother purchased items from the often because of their good prices and quick delivery. It was a great convenience to her. Well a few days ago her dog Julia passed away because of heart congestion, the next day Julia's heart medicine was delivered from Chewy. My mother called them up and asked if she could return them for a refund. They said not to bother returning the meds, that they were very sorry to hear Julia had died and that they would refund her money anyways. That was quite nice. But then today, my mother got a bouquet of flowers in a vase delivered from the florist. It was from Chewy. They came with a very nice note for condolences for Julia's death. There are companies with good customer service. But this was way more than anything I'd heard of a company doing to let a customer know they cared. Still shocked by the compassion. I will recommend Chewy.com to anyone and everyone I know that has a pet. What a jesture and what great customer service. Over and beyond. Thank you chewy for doing that.

After ordering on the 7 item still hasn't shipped on the 14. Customer service very nice and polite but of no help. Canceled order and place it with amazon much easier.

I have been ordering chewy for a couple of months now, never had any issues and very fast shipment! My bag was ripped and they re sent me a new bag, going to donate the open bag. very awesome customer service. Definitely recommend!

I had to give them five starts because on 11-14-22 i was desperate because my vet (who is my nephew) had prescribed carprofen for arthritis for my dog in may 2022 and i ran out and forgot to order more.. last 3days have been very cold here in n.c. and she is screaming in pain tonight because of arthritis...can't even move my dog she screams !!! i called at 2:45 in the morning.... got Christopher.. what a life saver ! they had all my info.. my vet had put a reorder possible back in may 2022 , i was able to order them to come out asap...i thought it was going to be a hassle because i didnt' know my account # or anything...but it was a simple peace of cake! oh, what a night I have had with my dog! hopefully i can keep my dog as pain free as poss before she goes.... it was so cool to be able to speak to someone at 2:45am n.c. time !!!!! these people are awesome and the representative was so cool and awake lol... i couldn't believe. it.... i definitely recommend these people.. i know that the first time they had to contact my vet for an ok on the prescription but it was all in their computer and ready to go with a HUMAN BEING on the LINE !!!! and he was happy to help... made my night.. now i can go to sleep a little more relaxed knowing that the meds will be sent out to me ! thank you chewy.com and thank you Christopher.! .. I could hug you !

Chewy.com pharmacy have the worst service! The way they package their products to be shipped out is sloppy and awful! I ordered two bottles of shampoos. When received- both shampoos are 1/2 full. 1/2 of it spilled all over the shipping box. Ridiculous!

Chewy is by far my FAVORITE place to buy all my pet needs. I received a bag of guinea pig food that had a tear in it, I let them know and they sent a new one to me no questions asked. I buy food for my bunnies, dogs and guinea pigs on this app and it always comes within a few days. Definitely convenient when I am too busy to drive 30 mins to the store! I also LOVE that they send birthday cards/small gifts for my animals. I am so grateful to have them around!
