Chewy keeps cancelling my order after “pending” status for over a week. Back in November the excuse from them via email inquiry was that a snow storm was making transport difficult to get to their warehouses. My order got cancelled and it was understandable. Tried again three times till then and all my orders keep getting cancelled. You’d think they would post on their website if there were actual shipping delays. If you don’t have the cat food just write out of stock instead of abruptly cancelling my order. I highly doubt there’s a snowstorm somewhere that completely stopped logistics for over a month and counting. Ridiculous.

This company does everything well! From customer service to shipping. I have never had such good customer service that honestly goes above and beyond your expectations! Thank you guys so much! We could all learn something!

I recently purchased $100 of cat food. After using only a few of the cans, I had to make the hard decision to have my beloved cat euthanized. I called customer service to see if I could return the remaining cans, expecting a "no" answer because the food had been packaged in lots of 12 or 24 cans, and I didn't have a full lot of any type. To my surprise, I was given a full refund, and encouraged to donate the remaining food to a pet shelter. The customer service representative I spoke with was extremely compassionate about my loss -- so I got some grief counseling as well as a full refund.

I had ordered a crate for my dog and during shipping I was given a crate just like it. I had emailed chewy to see if I could possibly return the crate I had purchased and they responded within hours. They had already refunded the money and requested we donate the crate to a rescue/humane society. I haven’t ordered from chewy much but I will be ordering more often. A company that cares will always get my service!!

My cat passed as well. Got roses, too! So beautiful. Grand gesture. Chewy.com is so caring. I have chatted, problems always fixed. Check boxes: Playful, responsible, sensitive, serious, mindfully purrfect, professional and attentive! They take care of your pet's needs well being and YOU. This is how it should be but, I am so not used to this kind of compassion from a corporate company. Keep up the great work. I will always be a customer.

I ordered 4 boxes of flea control i spent $159 and my dogs cannot take them. I called chewey and they sent me a fed ex label to return them and i was told i would get a full refund when returned. So i call them 2 weeks later because i couldn't get to fed ex and i was told they wouldn't refund my money even though they sent me a shipping label to return them... I have them package up and ready to go with the label they sent me......What the heck... .....BUYERS BEWARE.

My recent experience echos that of the reviews I've just read. My sweet 16yr old kitty had hyperthyroidism and was in the early stages of renal failure. We had both of those under control with medication and prescription food. Then he developed a tumor on his jaw that ultimately made eating and drinking difficult and his quality of life was suffering. I had his prescription food on auto ship, I was able to cancel the auto part but his food arrived the following day. I honestly wasn't expecting to be able to return the food but not only did a Chewy representative email me right back, but they refunded my purchase in full and told me to donate the food to a charity. This food is expensive and will really make a difference for a non profit that might not ordinarily be able to care for a renal failure kitty. Thank you for the kind and supportive words from your customer service team, and thank you for caring about your customers.

ive been a long time chewy customer . i had to call and cancel all my auto shipments due to my girl passing . lady was extremely nice on the phone ...... 2 days latter there was a box of roses and a message from chewy .... made me cry again .... this is amazing that a company can care that much .... when we find our next child i will be a chewy customer again .... THANK YOU GUYS
