Their customer service is top notch! I purchased a year supply of heartworm and flea medication. Unfortunately, a couple months later our dog crossed the rainbow bridge. Not only did they give me a full refund, a bouquet of flowers showed up at my door a week later, giving their condolences. I cannot thank them enough for their amazing customer service and I’ll be sure to be a future customer going forward once we get a new puppy.

Chewy’s customer service team goes above and beyond, which I appreciate so much. I needed to cancel an order quickly following a change in diet, and chewy’s team was eager to help me, in a very timely manner. They also made a point to check in on my other dog, which was so thoughtful and kind. All of my orders through then have been easy and efficient. Thank you for all of your hard work, Chewy!

I ordered a couple pet beds today. Then saw they had Fresh Pet food which we get locally. Wanted to set up an auto-delivery for the version that comes in a bag. Its priced at 41.75 with auto-ship discount. This is roughly equal to what I get locally. BUT, shipping only goes away at $49.00 orders. So I'd have to pay 4.95ish (can't remember but in ballpark) extra to ship. Why do that? Not worth paying an extra 5 bucks to not get it when I make my Walmart run. Bad idea Chewy. You lost an auto-ship that could run for years over five dollars you apparently waste on shipping materials anyway according to other reviews. Pay attention folks, shipping is now making online purchases prohibitive.

Very disappointed in this company with my last couple of orders. I received a product in a box 3x the necessary size and stuffed with almost 20 yards of brown paper. Besides being environmentally irresponsible, it leaves me with a roomful of paper and a massive box I need to get rid of. Likely won't order from here anymore.

Unbelievable. Twice I have ordered heart worms and flee meds. 1st time finally after three or four corespondents I finally received. This time same issue. Always keep asking for prescription that I mailed. They have no clue from dept to dept. this last time I just told them to cancel. Will never do business with this incompetent company.

I live chewy buy all my pet supplies from there. But I have to say peanut box commercial is the best one I have seen 5 stars.to who ever made it but I have to tell you the st Barnard has a pink collar on but it is a male dog.

If you want to pay via PayPal, Chewy automatically -- and with no way to opt out -- wants to link everything (Chewy and PayPal) to FB and Messenger)! NO WAY would I ever link any part of my financial info to Facebook. talk about upping the fraud potential.

I will never use Chewy again!! My dog's (Prescription) food that I ordered has been lost in shipping for the last 2 days. I called Chewy and they refused to give me a copy of the prescription so I can go and get it at a local pet store. Very disappointed!!
