I ordered the food from Chewy for my pet in advance before it's running out. However, Chewy cancelled my order without any notice ( no email, no text, no call). I didn't know that until I checked it online. But I already ran out of the food, so I have to go to the local pet store to buy them. I called the customer service. She said the system automatically cancelled due to many accounts. I told her I created another account because my email was hacked and I did call them to remove my old email from their system. Then, she just asked my reorder it again, but she still cannot guarantee the system will let it through. Poor service. I never purchase anything from them anymore.

We recently lost our 17 yr old hound,Susie. I was trying to delete her profile and was unable. I emailed Cbewy and received an email back from Dayna. She didnt just remove the profile she offered heartfelt condolences. Today a beautiful flowers arrangement was delivered. This company truly knows the love we feel for our pets. I absolutely love Chewy! We just lost one of our senior chihuahuas and I had to call and do a shipping address. The customer service rep went over the names of our fur babies and bird and that's when it was brought up that our Kelso passed away. She was very sincere about losing him and about 2 days later we had a knock at our door and got a delivery of flowers! I looked at the card and it was a sympathy card. I have never known a company that took that much care into their customers and fur babies!! I've never had any issues getting our deliveries and prices are better than the stores. I'm so impressed with chewy!

I ordered my dog's prescription food on 12/31 and 1/3. I entered my updated credit card information, received confirmation of the orders and expected it to be here already. The 12/31 order was cancelled by chewy and I didn't even a courtesy text or email notifying me of such. I had to find out when I went online and found it had been cancelled. I reordered again on the 3rd, again updating my credit card information and again I got a confirmation of the order. It was supposed to have been here yesterday, but instead I get an email at 10:15 last night stating it was also cancelled. I called Chewy today and find out that their system blocked my update of my card. Their CSR's treated this like no big deal, no sense of urgency and I'll get his food in 3-5 business days, so maybe 12 days after I ordered it originally. I am a long-time customer and it seems that Chewy no longer sees customer loyalty as important and are only looking out for the almighty dollar.

I had an auto ship set up for Heartguard and flea meds for my Puppy, I received an email that the prescription was being filled. I realized the same day the prescription was not valid because it goes according to pet weight and it capped at 44 lbs my Puppy is now 53 lbs. I cancelled the auto ship or so I thought. I then received an email stating the very same auto ship I cancelled was shipped anyway. I called Chewy spoke to a pharmacist only to be told it could not be returned for the correct prescription. Now I’m stuck with $124 dollars worth of a prescription that does not meet my dogs weight requirement. This is very disappointing to say the least.

I have been a Chewy’s customer for many years. A week ago, I had to call Chewy’s and cancel a prescription for my German Shepherd, Truman, who was 13 years old and I had recently lost. Yesterday, I received a dozen yellow roses from Chewy’s in Truman’s name. What a thoughtful gesture! Totally unexpected and one of the reasons I will continue to be a Chewy’s customer.

As much as you purchase pet foods you would think Chewy would come up with free shipping without minimum bs purchases. Amazon has them beat.

Our family is beyond impressed with Chewy. The employees and their empathy are beyond amazing. We lost our dog Dixie recently and I had just received her supply of costly vitamins. They could not take them back but gave a refund and many sincere sentiments from employees but what blew my mind was the gorgeous, fresh flowers they sent with sincere condolences. Who does that? That was so generous, thoughtful and appreciated by our family. I wish I could upload a photo. They are simply beautiful. Thank you to Chewy and all their wonderful employees who really care about our pets.
