If I have learned one thing about Chewy. It is to never use them again. This was my first time, and my last! I ordered 3 things to be shipped and received by Christmas, with plenty of time to process and ship. They canceled my order once. I had to call them and verify my information. Then, they charged my card again and said it was all set. Then, to find they put it on hold again after a week. Said I needed to call and verify information AGAIN! It is now after Christmas dealing with this stuff, and the rep was giving me a hard time about everything. I guess this time, the previous rep screwed up the billing and used the shipping address for the billing. Not sure what will happen this time. But my experience was horrible, and gifts are now late.

Two weeks from order date and I have still not received my order. Have been a loyal customer for several years but over the last two years or so customer service is pathetic!!! May have to go back to my local WalMart to get what I need. They need an infusion of "I Care" at the management level.

This company offers very little, if any, customer service. The App does not allow appropriate use of Autoship and other aspects of ordering products. You can only message this company for help if you have a current order number.

I will never order my pet products from anyone other than chewy ever again! I waited till the last minute during Christmas time to order my pet food and it somehow got lost in the shipping process. It had been about 4 days and my cats ran out of food so I called to find out about the holdup. The gentleman I spoke to in customer service was empathetic, super kind, understanding, and just absolutely amazing they even gave me a small refund because my animals ran out of pet food during the shipping hold up. They reordered my order and told me it would be here within a day or two at most. They even told me if my lost shipment shows up, just to keep it, or donate it to a pet shelter (if it's just too much and would go to waste otherwise). I honestly feel like it was my fault for waiting til the last minute and ordering during the holidays but because of the way they treated me I will never shop anywhere else. Thank you! Chewy you all are amazing and you have great customer service and it will get you far in the long run. Keep up the amazing work!

Great and caring company. I’ve ordered from them for years with no problems. When I contacted them to return an order after my dog passed, Elizabeth took my call. She showed empathy for my loss and was genuinely interested in my dog. After our conversation, she said I would receive a refund and that instead of returning the food, donate it to my favorite rescue!! Two days later I received a vase of flowers with a sweet sentiment penned on the note!❤️ Give this wonderful woman a commendation, Chewy! Thank you so much for making my day, Elizabeth!

Packaging is awfully cramed 2 30lb bags of dog food in one box! The box comes resealed from FedEx and the bags destroyed leaking from poor shipping ripped bags this is the third time I have complained! Dont put in bags in one box they weigh too much how dumb can shipping be! Had to wait weeks for my money back after FedEx returned and still waiting my third time this year! Why am I waiting it's in transit back to you? Last time took 4weeks for a refund and still no replacement taking forever! Their customer service has gone down hill past few years! Petco.com carries same food without issues and cheaper it's 5minutes from my home they ship it to my store and put the bags in my SUV! I'm done!!!

I ordered the wrong Christmas gift, then requested an exchange. Instead of an exchange, they refunded me the whole amount and told me to instead donate the gift. I will definitely be buying again from Chewy in the future. Happy holidays! 💝
