The convenience of auto delivery and every pet product I could imagine makes this a great way to care for our pet. What makes it amazing is the customer service, easy ordering website with simple solutions when changes are needed. On top of that, while I was fighting off a serious cold I had to call regarding a date change for my auto ship and clarification on my account due to my confusion because of our move and days later was surprised with a get well gift. I tell all my friends and coworkers about Chewy and my sister uses it too. Way to go Chewy, you make a difference!

Let me start with this. On Saturday, my min pin passed away. He was 17 and spent much of his life on the back of my Harley, wearing a leather jacket with inappropriate patches and goggles. I had the privilege of his love for many years. Chewy has been supplying us with his meds for the last couple years, at a reasonable price, with fast delivery. I checked to see if I could return the last order since he had passed away. They couldn't take the meds back, but they refunded my money for the last order. Today, I got home to find a flower delivery with a nice card attached. That was above and beyond. Thanks Chewy.

Horrible they have a service that allows you to chat to a vet online. I don't reside in the US and the vet didn't even wait to hear my concerns I was immediately dismissed. What a VET!!!

I had an amazing experience with their customer service. I bought a coat for my dog, but unfortunately it did not fit. I emailed them about how could I make a return, they quickly replied and told me they will sent me the correct size for my dog. The greatest part is that they asked me to not send back the wrong size coat but instead to donate that coat to someone that need it.

Delivered package to the front of my garage. I could not get it to my door because of back fusion/injury. I called and found out the front porch is a special request. Target ALWAYS delivers to my front door and sells the same Purina products. I will keep using Target instead of Chewy.

Chewy has always been reliable and fast shipping. I called to let them know my beautiful cat passed. They not only refunded me for unused food, they sent the most amazing flowers!!! Your the best and thank you!!

I have been ordering the same prescription dog food from Chewy forever. When I hadn’t received my order, I called customer service and found out that my prescription expired on Jan 26th…I ordered on Jan 26th. I was told that the Rx is invalid on the day it expires. I was never contacted that my prescription expired or that they would not be fulfilling my order. This doesn’t make sense! I will be looking for local provider!!!
