My dog girl pass away on thursday and order on chewy a wheelchair, i message the how to return once i receive, not only do they refund my money, but they send flowers also, i call to thank them today. Because losing your best friend is painful and they make this part easy and i really appreciate that.

I order for two dogs through this disservice. Dry food once a month seems fine but the wet senior food has a problem every time. For four months every order is problematic. I call and get attitude or “the order was blocked” “the order needs to be verified” or they just hang up. I’ve called and verified the order to have to call back several days later after not receiving because I had to verify it once more. This place is the worst with shipping and customer service standard of a McDonalds in the hood. Never again.

Second time this has happened where I place an order and then don’t get any updates at all so 3 days later I have to email them asking where my order is and they tell me an item is out of stock. Twice now! It’s not my job to track down my order and it’s supposed to be delivered in 3 days, according to their website. Then after I have to contact them they offer me a different item with 10%. They do not care that my animals need food. If they did they’d have let me know an item was out of stock. They say they don’t charge the card until order ships, but I’ve had a charge on my account for 3 days. Never again! I’ll just use Amazon. I’ll never order from Chewy again!

Recently I received my auto ship of 3 cases of Fancy Feast canned cat food. Then sadly we had to have our 18 year old cat euthanized here at home. I contacted Chewy to inform them and ask if a refund could be issued and the cost of shipping unless I decided to just donate the food to the local shelter where I volunteer. They immediately issued me a full refund and told me to donate the food. I was shocked and incredibly grateful. This kind of customer care and service is unheard of in today's world. Chewy cares and sets a commendable example.

I love this company! They always come through for you. They have the fastest shipping ever. And if you get something you're not happy with they make you happy. And let me tell you, they do read their reviews. I know this because I wasn't happy with an item I received to put in my aquarium and I left a review. It wasn't a mean one but I just had stated that myself nor my fish was happy with it. They refunded my money with out me ever contacting them. And if one of your pets pass, they always send you condolances in a card or something like that. I have heard of them sending flowers. If you order something that doesn't fit your pet, they sometimes have you donate it and they send what you need. This order I received today was placed on Tuesday, 2 days ago. I use this company for my cat, dogs, and fish. Also my mother orders through me from them. You can not go wrong when you go with Chewy!!!

Don't trust this store. I ordered zignature trusting chewy only carried trustworthy brands. All 3 of my dogs ended up almost dying ...found out the food had been recalled. Plus they offer discounts and then refuse to ship declaring you aren't eligible for the discount they offered

I used Chewy for around 6 years to deliver my dog's food, and it was a very helpful service. When our beloved dog unexpectedly passed away, I contacted Chewy to inquire about returning 2 boxes of unopened dog food. The customer service rep emailed me immediately with an incredibly compassionate message and processed the refund immediately. They also posted a card and sent a dozen roses. This is one of the best customer service experiences I have ever had, all the more meaningful given the trauma and grief we were all experiencing. Fantastic, fantastic company.

My husband and I ordered a cat tree and was wanting to get the item before Christmas. We were unsure this was going to happen based on the shipping date, so we decided to order from Amazon and received the tree in less than a week. We have been trying to get a refund for weeks now and have been told by customer service our refund is "still processing". This is unacceptable and absolutely absurd. This is the first time we have ordered from Chewy and what they are continuing to do is give us the run around on a constant basis. My husband calls at least three times a week if not more and the answer is always the same. If we could give a rating of 0 that is what they would get. This company is highly overrated resulting in a negative review.
