I placed my order and forgot to add an item. I emailed them and within 5 minutes the item I needed to add was updated added and they sent me an email showing me what they did. I have been using them for about a month now and absolutely love the prices.

I have been a customer with Chewy since they started and always bragged on them. They used to send coupons which was great, but not why my opinion on them has changed. I’ve kept an autoship order with them for several years however in the past 6 months have had to call in once to twice monthly to verify my information. Nothing on the autoship changed. They continued to assure me each and every month it would not happen again. Last week, yet again it happened and I was told a supervisor would contact me however that did not happen. In speaking with a chewy representative and supervisor they didn’t care that I was tired of the issue and couldn’t keep calling each and every month. I was told instead I was not the only customer with the issue and to keep calling each month with hopes of it one day stopping. I advised I was out of food and the service was no longer a convenience. The supervisor continued to repeat I would need to continue to call as it was a continued and repeat issue that the company had no idea how to address. The prior supervisor advised me he had fixed the issue and would continue to follow up to prevent the issue, but never did. It’s sad that once a great customer support based company has now turned so robotic.

Chewy has always provided my family the upmost in quality products, low price and a friendly and quick delivery!!! Today I received a thoughtful and totally unexpected gift...I chewy cup and tea bags and a card...with wishes to get well soon. You guys go way beyond in every aspect. Thank you ❤️

above and beyond. phenomenal customer service. period. they get it. this company understands how much a furry family member means. each and every single representative i have spoken with has always been extra helpful, caring, and devoted to the cause. if i ordered something and it wasn’t what my doggo needed, they refunded my money and asked me to donated it to a shelter. when my pooch passed, they sent me roses with a lovely message. it doesn’t get better that chewy.

What a joke. These people cannot deliver unless it’s a FedEx shipment. Cannot use ups or usps then waits two weeks to tell me. Never ever use this company. They don’t deliver. They take the order accept the money but don’t deliver. First and last time chewy. You are lame.

Can't beat Chewy in any respect. These people deliver on time and always. I have only had exceptional experiences with this company. 5/5 A++

I got an email yet again saying I had to call to confirm my order. This is the third time this has happened. We use my wifes card on an account with my name and for some reason, Chewy is now the only company I know of that makes this so difficult. The other two times I called, was able to provide my wifes information, and they approved it and sent it. Annoying, but not a huge deal. This time I called and a very rude service agent, Keana or something similar, told me my wife would have to call. I told her that no, she hasnt had to call in the past, and she kept repeating herself in a sharp and nasty tone. I have never experienced this poor quality of service with Chewy. I canceled the order. The food and medicine are for my terminal dog who needs to supplements to help with her chemo and the food because the prednisone is making her very hunger. We are already stressed enough about her being sick. We cant afford these delays in shipping. I will replace the order with my card this once as we are in a pinch, but I think this may be my last interaction with Chewy as things have certainly gone downhill. When I did hear back from a representative about my issue, no apology was given. No explanation of why this occured. Just, its been resolved. It was resolved because I had to cancel the order and replace it with my own card as my wife is working today and not by her phone to resolve this issue. This is super inconvenient because now we have to exchange monies ourselves instead of Chewy just accepting our order. I have never encountered such terrible service and followup.
