I decided to try chewy after reading a lot of good experiences and was not disappointed! My order somehow arrived in 1 day with regular shipping (!?) and when my kitten didn't like the food they refunded me with no issues and told me to just donate it! I'll definitely be ordering most of my pets stuff from them in the future! And hopefully some shelter kittens will enjoy the food :)

I love Chewy! Every time I call, I get a live person who is so helpful. I just accidentally placed an order for 2 items instead of 1. Called them, phone was answered in 3 rings, and the gal that answered could not have been more helpful or personable. She corrected the issue in a matter of minutes. I've had great customer service every time I have called them.

Our pup, Tucker, passed away yesterday. We called to return and request a refund for specialized dog food that was just delivered. Your representative was just amazing, processed the refund and asked us to donate the food to a worthy shelter in Tucker’s name. He was caring, attentive and shared his own stories about putting down his pet. It’s been a difficult 24 hours, lots of tears between my husband and I but the kindness and charity displayed by your representative and the Chewy organizations was heartwarming. We are forever grateful and will be a Chewy customer for life. Thank you, your teams actions brought more tears but they were the good ones. We regret we didn’t remember his name but hopefully your team can figure it out. Subsequently to our initial post, we found out that our representative’s name at Chewy was David. Thanks you David for your thoughtfulness during a difficult time.

I had to call this company multiple times, was put on hold and hung up while on hold. I have receipts and proof that I ordered a cat tree and did not receive it or get reimbursed. I will likely have to call again since I still need to be reimbursed. I placed my order on the 3rd and was told I would be reimbursed between 24 and 48 hours; it is now February 8th. I advise friends and family on social media not to use this company since they greatly inconvenience me and my pets.

Totally rude and disrespectful company. They sent my prescription in with no last name or phone number. The vet had no idea who it was. They emailed me and I called the vet to get it straightened out. Had to call Chewy to request they send the prescription in with a last name like any sensible person would know. They tell me the order was cancelled and I have to make a new order. Then I'm told it will be more expensive because a coupon I used is now expired. I had to ask to speak with a manager multiple time but finally the manager said the coupon was for first time orders and this wouldn't be considered a first time order because the cancelled order was my first time order. They was willing to lose a $300 sale and a customer over a $20 coupon. You can tell these people work for an hourly wage and have no investment in the company. Even the manager had the same attitude. No common sense at all.

Chewys customer service is second to none. I bought 2 different size gates for out deck so our new rescue could be outside more. They did not work for us. I packaged them back up knowing what a hassle it would be to send them back. One was very large and multiple pieces. I messaged Chewys in the app and said I need to return them. Much to my surprise, the response was I would get a complete refund in 3 days and to please donate the gates to a rescue. Amazing. I am a customer for life. Best customer service anywhere.

I really like Chewy. Last August, our 16-year-old beagle died. My wife called them up to cancel some recurring orders, which they were happy to do. A week or two passed, and a bouquet of white roses arrived from Chewy. It made my wife extremely happy after losing our dog. I suspect they have a customer for life. I know it's just a marketing thing for them, but any company that goes out of its way to do something nice is a company that I'll stick with.

This is the best company I have ever dealt with. They are extremely kind and more than fair. On Feb.3 I called and canceled my auto ship because my pet passed away. They refunded my large expensive order, and told me I could donate the food. I was Extremely touched by this gesture. The following day I came home to find flowers at my door to express their sympathy. A company like this makes the world a better place
