My cats new litter box came damaged. I called the customer service number and was immediately connected to a very kind and empathetic representative. I got to choose between a refund or a replacement. I got a refund and went on with my day. Excellent experience! I will definitely be shopping with Chewy again!

I have been shopping for my 10 animals on chewy for several years since they started their business in the last five years the customer service is horrible I have tried to reach out to Service at Chewy and email to ask for a manager to call me and there’s only one manager that ever reached out to me and she no longer works in the management department and one other manager that I was in contact with is ill and is unable to help I have tried several times to email the company telling them when I called her 800 number It doesn’t ring through it rings once and the call drops it doesn’t matter where I’m at I could be at work I could be at home I’ve checked my Verizon phone carrier multiple times called Executive Offices with Verizon and it’s not my phone it is the company line. I think I’m owed a gift card and I am owed a return label and I will refuse to shop at this company until they help me and assist me to fix this problem permanently if I don’t get assistance I will contact the Better Business Bureau to get my gift card and my return label

I have used Chewy for almost 2 years now. Prompt delivery and excellent customer service. They provide solutions whenever I encountered issues with the products. I highly recommend Chewy!

Shipment was massively late even though it came with 1-3 day shipping. Chewy steadfastly refused to do anything about it in any way shape or form.

I have been doing business with Chewy for over five years. Chewy is an awesome company and the customer service is A Plus/5 Star. Christian, my service representative, was so kind on the phone. I had to discontinue our auto ship because our fur baby passed away. He was so compassionate and kind on the phone. Today I received a beautiful bouquet of flowers from Christian and Chewy. It is never easy when our pets cross the rainbow bridge, but Christian's thoughtfulness made it less difficult. Thank you for taking care of your customers, our four legged friends, with such love and compassion.

Been using them for many years, always get friendly and efficient service on the phone. Within two to three days the product comes.

Chewy used to be great. But not anymore. I placed an order but they were out of an item so I ordered the out of stock item from Amazon (same price) the Amazon item was delivered next day (Sunday) while Chewy shipped from CA to NJ and won’t arrive till a week from the order date. I was disappointed and sent this in an email. . Wow. Crazy delivery time. You were out of 7lb flavor snacks milk bones so I ordered them from Amazon on the same day/ time as your order. They were delivered in one day (Sunday). They replied. I am very sorry to hear that your recent experience with Chewy has led you to deactivate your account and services with us. Although you'll be dearly missed we fully understand that our customers must do what's best for them and their furbabies. With this being said, should you ever get curious about a product or even a question that comes to mind, know that we're here for you, day and night. I’m not sure there could be a more dismissive or uncaring reply. Nothing they have is exclusive or cheaper. Customer service used to have some value but not anymore. Shop elsewhere.
