My experiences have all been superb for 7 plus years. Even when unexpected problems occur like a ripped bag of catfood etc. Chewy resolves it immediately with either a replacement or credit. Delivery service is beyond anything amazon offers because it is reliable. Dead on!

I purchased some special food for my elderly sick cat. Unfortunately he did not like it at all because he is super super picky. I emailed chewy and I got the fastest response I've ever received from a customer service department, the letter they emailed me came within one day. They solved my problem beautifully, it greatly exceeded my expectations. The rep was genuine and empathetic , I don't think I've ever encountered that from my customer service department before, so refreshing! I can't complement chewie.com more they are fantastic and I am a faithful customer now.

I love Chewy! Such a great company! Delivery arrives as promised. Prices are reasonable and fair. My cat would not eat the veterinary food I ordered and I was given a refund without asking. It's a very reliable and caring business.

I have purchased my dog’s prescription diet dog food from Chewy since 2016. In addition to having the best price, I always receive it on time per my subscription preference. The customer service representatives are always very helpful and if they do not have an answer, they are quick to transfer me or call me back. When my beloved Beagle recently passed away, Brittany and the Chewy family were so sympathetic and understanding when I canceled our subscription.

What made my experience with Chewy great is that their employees sincerely care about me and my pets! My husband and I had to have our 15 year old Sheltie euthanized because he was in kidney failure. I had just ordered Nexgard and Interceptor for our dog a couple of weeks prior, but had not opened either box, so I wanted to see if I could return them for a refund. The pharmacy tech, Sam, quickly made a refund and when I asked, told me that they would not ask me to return the medications. Sam was very sympathetic about the loss of my beloved Sheltie, as were the other Chewy representatives with whom I spoke. In fact, I received a beautiful floral bouquet from Samantha and my "Chewy Family"! Over the years, I have always had personable and efficient customer service from Chewy as well as prompt delivery. Also, when comparing prices, Chewy.com is always competitive. In today's society, it is rare to find people who truly care about others. Chewy.com is a large company comprised of caring individuals!

We recently had to say goodbye to our precious Maltipoo, MatildaRose, who went to Heaven. I contacted Chewy's to discontinue her auto ship orders of food. The loving caring Chewy's representative treated me with the utmost kindness and loving care, sensing it was a difficult heart breaking task for me. He then proceeded to honor my request, but went the extra mile and refunded the amount for the shipment I'd just received. But the EXTREME kindness didn't stop there. In a couple of days I received a beautiful bouquet of roses from Chewy's with a heartfelt note of sympathy for our loss. I am overwhelmed with gratitude for this company in their kindness!!❤❤❤❤ Thank you so very much for your compassion!

I had an auto ship order of cat food get delivered to the wrong unit in my apartment, fedex said it was delivered with proof, so they did nothing. I called chewy and the customer service rep answered immediately and when I explained what happened, he without hesitation, just sent out a new order free of charge. Amazing customer service! Will recommend this company to all my pet owner friends.

I wanted to say how happy I am with chewy and customer service!! I had an rx monthly to fill his meds . I just got another package of his meds and my dog passed away I called to let them know that and I needed to cancel his auto meds. The gentleman I spoke with was the nicest and caring person and he took care of everything for me as well as refunded that order to my account. I truly was so surprised at that action and he then said he is a pet dad and truly understands how upset I was. His words meant so much! Every dealing I had with them was truly 5 stars and you don’t see people go that extra mile. When I do get another pet I will definitely go with chewy again!
