I’ve ordered from chewy a few times and have always had a good experience. However today is the first day I have had a bad experience. 2 bottles of liquid Liniment had leaked everywhere as well as the vetricin hoof care which is a blue dye and does not wash off easily. It’s everywhere , the handle is broken and I’ve prob lost a quarter of what I paid for. All this could have been avoided if they used some packing! Not a peanut in sight, no paper, no bubble wrap nothing . Highly disappointed. I spent over $150 and this is how they appreciate my business . Guess I’ll start buying from Jeffers, Big Ds and other places that know how to properly get your items to you without them leaking all over the box . Very unhappy . Do not recommend Chewys.

I don’t understand the bad reviews probably Karens. In all the years of having autoship I have only had to call twice and once it was my fault for not changing the address when I moved. They sent a replacement order at no additional charge no questions asked. The second time my discount code didn’t apply and I had to call they helped me no questions asked, great customer service, never had an issue with anything, they answer the phone right away, and most importantly take care of the issue. David was very courteous call concluded in leas than 5 minutes.

Customer Service said my dogs pills shipped.I called my vet they said nobody contacted them. So we got the # of Cheys vet and she got the ball rolling. Point is Customer service lied and my dog needed his prescription.

A product broke and the entire website simply stopped working when I went to write a bad review

Chewy has been great for me! I have been using them for years. Customer service agents have always been really nice to me. Once, when an order was slow arriving, they sent a replacement order. Eventually, the first order got to me after the replacement order, just left on my porch or I would have refused it. Chewy didn't make me send back the first order. Another time, I ordered something without measuring because I couldn't find my measuring tape. When it came, I realized it was way too small for my cat. They refunded my money and told me I could just donate it to a cat shelter. One time I forgot to order something and I had just ordered a bunch of stuff to get to free shipping. I called them and they offered to let me have free shipping anyway.

Like any purchase you make you have to know your prices, but you'll find on Chewy.com they often have great sales and purchase promotions. This site is worth your time if you like saving money.

Great company of you like being interrogated about your order. Placed an order & after 4 days it still hadn’t shipped. Called & they said they sent me an email to call them to “verify my information”. They went on to ask my my phone number, email address, home address, billing address &what I ordered. Surprised I wasn’t asked what my SS# & eye color were. They said they’d release my order but 2 more days pass & it still hadn’t shipped. I ended up cancelling & ordering elsewhere. I’ve used Chewy for years since I’ve rescued many animals. They have gone from 5 star service to negative 5 star service.

Done ordering from chewy they cannot pack had an order replaced again they refuse to use a bigger box received the same box where you can see the product through tape they claim it goes an extra day so packing can check notes they didn't do squat on the replacement.. it happens continuously
