Amazing experience. My dog had an issue but didn't want to bring to vet right away. Remembered Chewy offered a vet service access. I looked it , made an appointment and next day vet teleconferenced with me. She gave me suggestions and even sent a summary report ! Truly amazing. The bump went away with suggestion of otc meds. I will tell everyone about this service. It was free too since I am a part of the autoship program for my dogs food.

I called to have a bag of Cat Food replaced as it broke open in transit. Jessica was very understanding and said replacing it was no problem. As we talked during the transaction, I told her I had just lost a cat earlier in the week to cancer. Today to my amazement UPS delivered a dozen roses, and a vase from Chewy. It was very touching and meant a great deal to me that they would take the time for such a kind gesture.

I don't do many reviews, but felt I needed to with Chewy. I was blown away how companionate they were when my sweet 17 year old cat died from cancer. When I called to unsubscribe my pet food delivery the darling young woman I spoke with was so sweet and gracious, which I both appreciated and needed at that time. As if that wasn't enough, a week later I received a beautiful bouquet of roses and thoughtful note from Genesses and the Chewy company. When the time comes for me to adopt another pet, I know that Chewy will be the first one I'll contact. It's so nice to know that such a big company cares so much! Thank you Geneses and Chewy!

Company has gone completely down hill, prices are no longer competitive, customer service sucks, shipping times vary wildly.

I love their customer service they go beyond what is asked of them. I recently had fraud on my credit card and called to ask if their pharmacy had a different name and the woman directed me here to trust pilot where I found out that the company that put a charge on my account was fraudulent. Thank you chewy!

Well I made a order on June 7th didn't get any email phone called nothing. They put ahold on my account because I paid with my wife's credit card. I verified the credit card and got everything straight. They gave me a 15% off my purchase and said everything is fine now I get a canceled order and then their excuse was. It was past 6 days while it was past 6 days. Why did you make everything right and give me a 15% discount. now I'm out on the discount and they gave me the money back for the order.I will not be ordering from chewy again.!!!!!

Placed an order on 06/13/2023. I received a mail that I had to confirm my order on call to prevent fraudulent activity so I called them but they didn't process my order when I contact customer support their representative was so rude she told me she can't help me in this matter and this is out of her control and she can't even tell me the status of my order or if it will be processed. She said I should cancel my order 🙄
