I bought it large bag of dry dog food that my dog hated they refunded me the money and also allowed me to donate the food to a local shelter they're excellent!

I have never encountered a company with better customer service than Chewy. When you call them they have a representative ready right away and don't take you through an automated menu. The last time I called, my autoship order for my prescription wet cat food had been left out in the sun all day. It was soupy due to the heat and my cat wouldn't eat it. When I explained to them the situation they refunded me right away. Very thankful for Chewy!

It seems that every time I try to make a order something goes wrong if the order isn't damaged they take for ever to ship it

Tried to place an order for dog food. Order was placed, card charged and then placed on hold by them until I called to confirm info. This is the second time having an issue like this with chewy. Spoke to Jessica in customer service and after confirming more information than my bank requires, they then asked for an additional 4 days for a security team to review my information to come to a decision. After giving my information with my address and my credit card they need more time to review a dog food order than it takes to get a complete background check. How is this convenient in any way? Never ordering from this site again.

Hey a big shout out to Chewy and Jeremy. I called in to customer service and was greeted by Jeremy. I told him that my dog had passed away, and could I return the unused food. He said "Well, we will credit you for the food and please donate it to a needy facility." I thanked him and said goodbye. On 6/20 the door bell rang and the delivery man had a beautiful boutique of flowers. The flowers were from Jeremy and the Chewy gang. These people have been so good with everything. I highly recommend using Chewy for all your pets needs.

I consistently get fantastic service from Chewy, but had an above and beyond experience with them when I ordered leg braces for my older dog. I ordered two sizes as he seemed to be between sizes, quickly received both, and when I found the pair that worked best submitted a return request for the other pair. Chewy immediately told me to donate the other pair to a rescue or dog in need. That just goes to show their above and beyond attitude! Between that and their incredibly easy auto ship program, speed of delivery, ease of site use, and general availability of products, I’m loyal for life. I will always start my pet product search with Chewy and order from them as much as possible!

This is a blessing to have with Chewy, especially when you are disabled due to car accident.Order 2, Diamond 40 pounds dry dog food on June 20 and both bags arrived today for my dogs.Great experience and I know I will used them again.
