Every time I have to update a payment method it never works out. When I dont, its great.

I just lost my 15 yr old malamute which I had been getting medication from chewy. They not only refunded my last order but sent me condolence flowers for my loss. They are a wonderful company with great customer services

I cannot say enough about dealing with Chewy! I highly recommend using them. Their products are quality at a good price. Their customer service is above and beyond my expectations 5 years being a customer and looking forward to many more years

EXTREMELY SLOW ORDER PROCESS!!! Don't order medication from Chewy if your pet REALLY needs it, because the order will be delayed about a month. Risking my dog's health in order to say a few dollars was not a good decision that I made. I should have got his meds from his Veterinarian.

I would not suggest Chewy pharmacy if your pet is sick. Prior my order I called and I was told it will take 2~3days after the vet confirmation, its been a week and the order is not even in transit. I wasted my time calling them numerous times and everyone said different thing. The supervisor promised overnight delivery, and its been already over 2 days and it is still not even in transit. My pet has been out of med and all because I thought Chewy pharmacy was reliable. I will never ever shop here. Extremely low quality service.

Their ordering process is easy enough, nothing special prices inline with Amazon. It’s the return process that’s a hot mess! You have to send them a message or call them. I shouldn’t have to explain to anyone why I need to return an item (it comes with online orders). Additionally, their app doesn’t provide all the info that their website does (FAQs) nor does it even reference the return policy. This is why I’d rather order from Amazon.

This company is amazing. Shipping fast. Prices great. Convenient-yes! Recently a cat litter I bought did not work for my old cat. They refunded me the money. Will always use chewy!!

Thank you Chewy for amazing customer service for so many years. I have always been treated well wether I was concerned with an order or a return . You alwaya welcomed my calls and put my orders in a timely matter. You surprised me very recently with a beautiful flowers arrangement because my 12 years fur child just passed on May 31st. Really thank you for touching my heart during these sad days of my life. I appreciate your care and love toward the animals which drives your business. Thank you and every one in Chewy family 🙏❤️🙏
