This review is about their lack of transparency and poor communications of their promotions. Be careful when participating in their gift card offers that require you to purchase X dollars in order to receive one. Their terms & conditions fail to list all excluded brands in their promotional emails, and don’t provide a link to show the extensive list. Even if your items in basket don’t qualify, the website will still allow you to apply the promo code as if it’s accepted. Their app did the same thing. (Terrible UX!) When I notified the customer service team to let them know of their mistake, it took several back and forth messages before getting to a resolution.

My cat is on a special diet, and Chewy always delivers on time. I have also purchased various cat toys and treats over the past few years, and all were exactly as described. My cats enjoy the treats immensely. 😋

I cannot say enough positive things about CHEWY.COM. Their Customer Service is exceptional. I accidentally made an error on an order and they corrected it and it was my fault. They thanked me for being such a loyal customer. The CSR was so kind.

This company used to be great..they no longer can even get a order in the mail. I placed my order and it was then placed on hold and after calling and verifying every possible detail they told me it would be released..they proceed to continue to place it back on hold every time. I operate a rescue and depend on these shipments..I had to cancel and take my business elsewhere. Customer service has no resolve for this issue but seems to be aware that it is happening to a lot of customers. They may want to address this before they have no customer. I’ll never shop from chewy again.

If I could give more than 5 stars I would! I recently purchased Soresto collars for my 3 cats threw Chewy. They didn't work at all, so I left a 1 star review. I did not ask for a refund, but the next day I received an email with a return label to send them back for a full refund. I sent them back and today I received the full refund! No that's customer service!!!

I had purchased insulin on a autoship basis. Unfortunately, they do not send out a notice that they will ship soon until the day they actually ship. As soon as I got the notice, I contacted the company. They talked to the pharmacy they said and the shipment would be stopped. Unfortunately, the timing of the shipment resulted in the package arriving at my house while I was on vacation. The people were friendly but they really don't accomplish their goal. In the meantime they had arranged for the shipment to be sent in 2 weeks when I returned. So I received another shipment. They told me to mail it back and that they would send me a return shipment label. Unfortunately another customer service representative said that this could not occur. After several emails and phone calls, they did credit my account. All is well that ends well. Chewy did live up to its customer service reputation. I will no longer use autoship since they don't let you know when it is coming ahead of time. But I will continue to order from chewy due to the fact they did realize they needed to make this right. Hopefully they will change their auto ship notice policy.

I ordered an Aquasprouts fountain ecosystem kit. Chewy sent the wrong model. They won't send the correct one until they receive the wrong one that they sent. I got a call from FedEx saying they were not provided our unit number for the pickup so there will be a delay. That's two mistakes and a bad policy in my first order from Chewy. Try to order from Amazon if possible. They do not mistrust their clients when they make a mistake; instead, they will ship the correct product immediately.
