Chewy has the best customer service of any retailer! I had to let my precious furbaby, Mr Brown, cross the rainbow bridge 07-13-23. I had just received Mr Brown's meds and prescription food I ordered from Chewy. They were very gracious and understanding when I called about returning. Chewy refunded my money and told me to donate it all. This made my day, helped in mending my broken heart. I took all to the Salem Animal Shelter where I live in VA. Thanks Chewy for your kindness and sympathy.

Ordered and received expired food. Did not even receive any kind of direct apologies about it. All I was asked was either refund or replacement. Chatting with customer service was very dry and I felt it was chatting with automated response system or something. I am just very disappointed about quality of both product and customer service.

I have to say Chewy is an amazing company. I got home today and on my door step was flowers with a condolence car for my beautiful fur baby's passing. I am so blown away at the compassion and genuine concern for its customers. Bravo Chewy thank you so much!!!!

I have happily ordered from Chewy for some time. My most recent order was for over $200. The packaging was poorly done. Soft chicken meatballs were put in with the 47 lb dry dog food, as were two boxes of expensive cat food pouches. The dog food burst open, the meatballs were flattened and the boxes of cat food were smashed. What bothers me was that part of the order was placed in another box for shipping. The two bags of hard dental chews should have been put in with the big bag of dog food and the softer items shipped in the second box. What angered me was that I didn’t even get the courtesy of a reply when I politely emailed Chewy about this. FedEx definitely mishandled the package, but Chewy poorly packed it. As for their customer service, not receiving a reply strongly suggests that it is poor. Update 726/23: I am updating my review. While I did not receive any communication about my email, I did receive notice that Chewy had shipped a total replacement order at no cost to me. That went a long way towards changing my perspective about their customer service. As such I’m changing my rating. Chewy went above and beyond.

.If it was possible, I would give chewy a 0. This past month I've had nothing but incompetent employees assisting.. I told them that I moved and they still mailed 2 different orders to 2 Old locations Where I resided. The each order I gave them the new address. And we still melt to an old residence. I had to purchase dual food at another location and I had to wait a whole week to get my dog's hot worms supplement. This does not make any sense I am furious. They even told me what the one rifle I had left. I would lose it because I'm their era that they would use up. The one that I have left over. And I told them that that wasn't right that they needed to call my vet to refill that prescription. Unfortunately, Chewy does not care about I prefer babies or us even when someone is disabled like me. They say they care but they really don't unfortunately. When they say they're sorry it doesn't cut it the damage is done.

Ordered medication for my dog on 7/7/2023 kept saying processing until 7/13/2023 preparing for shipment and then on 7/14/2023 I had to call and verify payment that was already taking out my account then they cancelled order said I could reorder money should be back on card by 7/19/2023 My dog needed his medicine Monday 7/10/2023 But no I had to call and now wait chewy is a damn scam I wouldn't let my worst enemy get meds from them.

WARNING!!!! Ordered a medication I needed immediately for sick kittens and after several blatant lies including "will ship it overnight because it has taken so long", finally arrived 11 days later. UPDATE: gave them a second chance, same thing...."we'll overnight it" hahaha, no, just more lies. DON'T USE CHEWY PHARMACY, YOU'VE BEEN WARNED!!!

I really don’t even understand why someone would not rate chewy 5 stars. Customer service is some of the best around.
