Sent prescription after I called and they said I could send email. Now they can't find my prescription that I overnight shipped with usps with tracking number and information. Just sucks to do everything I'm required to and now it's back to the vet to get another prescription do maybe I'll get my dogs medicine in a few weeks .

What a terrible overpriced website, with horrible customer service! There was “something” wrong with my order and they demanded I call them, not write, but call them if I wanted to get it. Sounds very much like a scam to me. No mention of what the “problem” was so yeah, I cancelled the order and proceeded to find all of the items cheaper at Walmart, Sam’s Club, and just about every other site I looked at.

I didn’t receive my order of dog food for today. Marked to be delivered, but not done as promised. Bad service, I’ll never use them again. Nota good experience, now my poor dog out of food. Should have used door dash, buyer beware!!

Last week our pup Asher lost his battle with kidney failure. We had just received a shipment of his food from Chewy.com. I messaged them from the website to see if I could return the food I had just received. I had the pleasure of messaging with Tanyla, she told me she would give us a full refund and to donate the remaining food to a local shelter. The following day I received a bouquet of flowers and opened the card to see it was from Tanyla and the Chewy family. What a great sentiment and customer service! I recommend Chewy.com to all pet parents.

Horrible service for px diet: Chewy had a px for my dog's food that Ive been ordering for almost 2 years. There was no need for a Dr. due to their days off. I can't upload it on their website as I get an error message every time. I've made multiple calls and sent a email. I've wasted time on hold several times. This has been going on for 3 days. I'm out of food and out of patience! Would suggest going to a new source if you need a px diet!

Have been placing orders for years, and auto ship orders too. Using the same card acct. All of a sudden yesterday, they "flagged" my card because I added a new address of a local rescue...due to their "recent increase of fraudulent activity" on their part. Won't order ANYTHING else from CHEWY

I've used Chewy for years now. Their shipping was a little spotty during the height of the pandemic, but still pretty good considering! And better than many other companies. Recently though I needed to refund and cancel my most recent shipment of cat food, as my cat is on a hypoallergenic diet for a period of time. Chewy made the process so easy! They refunded the $80 charge for two bags of food, and said I could donate it, give it away or whatever else I wanted to do with it. So refreshing for an online refund, as I can focus my energy on my cat and donate food to help support our local shelter! I've also found their prices to be competitive with other retailers, as well as very convenient with auto ship services.
