Don’t bother making an online order. You will just end up having to redo the whole thing by phone. The “customer service” reps are rude and treat you like you owe them something. Just order from Amazon. They have all the same stuff and are cheaper anyway.

Today we received a bouquet of red roses from Chewy in memory of our precious Baxter who passed away July 1, 3023. Baxter was a Schnauzer and he had diabetes. Recently, we had purchased two cases of prescription food for Baxter. Chewy graciously credited our account and said we could donate this food to some needy dog. We did find a diabetic dog and donated the food to him. Baxter was my best friend and I will miss him for the rest of my life. Thank you, Chewy for your compassion. D. M. Peek

This was my first experience with Chewy for my purchases and was pleased, with the ordering process right to delivery. Recently I had to call because I had questions about my recent purchase that did not get used due to me losing my precious baby girl I had spoken with Sonya and she was so wonderful and very compassionate and offer her condolences to me for my pet, and I received a beautiful vase of flowers with a very lovely card attached and I thank Sonya and the rest of the Chewy family for their thoughtfulness and compassion, in which the world we live doesn't hold alot of compassion for animals so it was very much appreciated and I just read some reviews and I can't believe some people had the experiences they did and hard to believe based on the experience I just had, I am sorry for the people that felt that way so I hope my expression and other Chewy pet parents that felt as I do, that it overshadows the not so good reviews and give Chewy that chance to serve you and your furbabies. I no I will purchase again from this company when I adopt again in the future!!!! 😊

I received flowers today; a dozen beautiful sunflowers in a vase delivered to my door. I couldn’t imagine who sent them….it wasn’t a special occasion. It turns out they were from Chewy. You see, our 20 year old cat passed away last week which was very heartbreaking. I called Chewy to cancel my auto shipment of food. The customer service rep was so kind and compassionate. But never did I expect a big company such as Chewy to make such a thoughtful gesture. In times when you can’t even get a live person to talk to, ask a question or make a comment to on the phone; I am deeply touched and grateful for their thoughtfulness and compassion! I’m sure it’s part of their service model and training because I feel that they recognize how important and loved pets are to people. Thank you Chewy!!!! ❤️

The process on Chewy is always easy and seamless. There always seem to be deals but even without the deals, the prices are better than I've seen elsewhere. Shipping is quick and my order gets here in a matter of days. I've been buying my dogs' food and treats exclusively since March and I've been super happy with the customer service and products!

Amazing! I use Chewy for both my pets. Recently, my dog passed away and both customer reps were kind and compassionate and are processing refunds for medicine just purchased. They sent flowers for the loss of our dog. I can’t believe the kindness they showed my family! Great company!

Like a few other recent reviews we recently lost our cat after a month of difficult symptoms and finally diagnostic tests that confirmed the worst. When I contacted chewy about a recent order they were very sympathetic and refunded the items and asked that I donate anything remaining to an animal shelter. I was so surprised the next day when i received a beautiful bouquet of flowers with a simple but lovely note about our loss. I don't know of any other company in recent years that would take the time and spend a little extra for this kind of customer service. We have used chewy for years and have always experienced super quick delivery and great customer service. When it is time for another beautiful cat to join our family we will most certainly continue to use chewy for our pets needs. A big Thank You to everyone we have dealt with in the customer service department.
