I mentioned to the customer service representative when making an order that my 16 year old Calico recently passed away and to my surprise I received a delivery of beautiful flowers and a thoughtful card today from Chewy! Their compassion for my loss brought tears to my eyes. I can’t say enough about Chewy as a company and their amazing customer service.

I have been buying my pets medications, RX dog food, pill pockets, toys you name it for years now. I recently lost my dog, he passed away in my arms. I called chewy.com to ask them to please cancel all the auto ship orders for his meds and RX dog food because he had passed away. They let me know how sorry they were and that they would take care of it. Then they refunded our last order of his meds because we had just received them. A few days later I received flowers from them with a beautiful message expressing their sympathy. This company is amazing.

I had ordered a supplement llast month for my kitty, Marbles, to hopefully help his liver enzymes. When I placed the order, I chose auto-ship. Sadly, Marbles went to Heaven a couple of weeks ago and I had forgotten about the auto-ship order, until I received a notice, but I was too late to cancel the order. I reached out through the chat feature and a very nice lady named Tanesha was able to stop the order. Last Friday I received a beautiful boquet of flowers with a note that said Tanesha and the Chewy family were thinking of me. I have never received such a kind gesture from any company before - our hearts were so touched... Thank you Tanesha and Chewy for caring - if I could give 10 stars, I certainly would!

I just received the most BEAUTIFUL bouquet of flowers from Rachelle and the Chewy family in honor of my sweet cat Gomez that I had to put down on the 4th of July this year. What would have typically been a day filled with absolute joy and friends and fireworks quickly devolved into one of the worst days of my life. I was expecting to bring Gomez in to get checked out but I didn’t know that I would be saying goodbye to him that day. Throughout my entire experience having used Chewy, I can say with full authority that the only reason my cat made it as long and as happily as he did was because of the support and prompt delivery of his prescription diet food from Chewy. You guys sent birthday cards to not just him, but to me too! Chewy not only takes great care of its pet customers but of their owners as well. I’ve been in a real fog since Gomez passed and to receive these flowers and sweet card brought me the warmth I have been needing during this difficult time. Thank you Rachelle but also thank you to everyone that works at Chewy as I know there are many of you. These flowers made my day. When my heart is open to loving another pet, I look forward to being a customer again. Until then, keep up the great work.

Am I the only one or has Chewy made accessing their promotions almost impossible using vague and confusing language? I was on the phone with 2 different customer service reps asking how to quality for the "GETMORE promo" and they both acted like they were totally clueless how the promotion worked. They weren't so certain what items qualified. All I got was mumbling nonsense and "I think this..." and "I think that...." I was not amused one bit! 🤬 I think I'm done with Chewy. Their loss because we spent a small fortune on Chewy.com every month! #chewy #chewysucks #byechewy

I truly love chewy. They have awesome customer service. I love having it delivered it helps so much. They are always wonderful to deal with when a item is sent wrong or damaged in shipping. Highly recommend them. Thanks Chewy for being awesome to work with!

This company has the biggest heart - Chewy.com. For several years they have provided prescription food for my cats timely and efficiently, even during the height of the pandemic when cat foods were difficult to obtain. When Tillie died two years ago, I advised them to update my records so I would not get reminders and not only did they immediately update my records, they sent me a beautiful bouquet which I put on her grave. Wednesday afternoon I advised them that Nikon was deceased and asked that they close my account. Today this gorgeous floral arrangement arrived with a heart felt message. This is true customer service in the best possible way.

I will never use Chewy again. I ordered Nexguard for my dogs on July 1st. The system said that my Vet hadn't responded with a prescription. I called my Vet on the 6th and they had sent it twice and sent at 2pm for the 3rd time. Today, the 8th, Chewy claimed they had no idea why their pharmacist had not opened any of the emails in que. They researched it and my Vet had emailed them 10 times on the 6th with other prescriptions and none of those emails had been opened. Now since it's Saturday, they cannot ship it out because their policy is to verify the prescription and my Vet's office is closed. Also they don't ship on Saturday. As of now it looks like if the Pharmacist feels like working next week, we should receive the Nexguard by the 14th. They received the payment on the 1st. Obviously, this is my 1st and last interaction with Chewy!
