Chewy is the most compassionate, amazing company. You can speak with a knowledgeable human 24/7 and they will always help you to your own advantage even when you make an error. We lost our beloved Ghost this past weekend, and I had to call them in tears to cancel autoship and try to do a refund on a recent order which included meds. They took care of it with no fuss and a beautiful bouquet of flowers showed up at the house a day later. They asked me to donate the food order to a shelter of my choice. I am so glad we are shareholders with this amazing company. I will only say one thing (which will not cause any reduction in stars because they always fix it) their packaging could be a bit better when there's a heavy and breakable or even less robust item enclosed (like bone broth). Sometimes it comes busted! It always surprises me that such an "on it" company has such tragic packaging but I love them anyway!

We have been with chewy.com for years. Customer service is always wonderful and helps you out with any needs. Recently when placing an order they found out that my fur baby Miloh had suddenly passed away. Today I received flowers from Jasmine and the chewy family. That just warmed my heart completely ♥️ Thank you so much! And that is simply good customer service that cares about its customers.

Chewy is one of the finest companies on the planet. Their products reasonably priced their shipping service and their customer service is exceptional. Somebody actually answers the phone and takes care of your needs. If I could give chewy six stars I would.

Ordered some supplies for a cat I adopted and a few days later they cancelled my order. I called and they said I had to supply proof of ID (address, name, etc). Fine. Did that and reordered. I even used their chat to confirm they have everything. They say yes. A few more days and the order is still pending shipping so I contact them again and am told it is still waiting for verification but there was nothing I could do to help (completely waiting on their end). My order was just cancelled a couple days ago. I’m done. I tried to move away from Amazon but there’s obviously some serious problems on their back end.

I love this company! I get monthly deliveries of food, and they are always accurate and on time. I called customer service one time to figure out how to buy products for my two dogs, and the representative took the time to tell me how to save money with my purchase. Best of all, when I notified them that I had to change my order because one of my dogs had passed away, they sent me a dozen long stem roses. Incredible!

I have used Chewy for years and I highly recommend them for dog, cat and wild bird items! Their prices are competitive with other stores and their customer service is outstanding!! Shipping is unbelievably fast as well.

I received a card to wish my cat Blu a Happy Birthday. There wasn't anyway that Chewy would know I list him weeks ago. I called to have my account updated and a lovely Michelle was so very kind and helped me. She was sweet and thoughtful. Tonight I received a beautiful bouquet of flowers and a lovely note for my loss and to remember Blu. It means the world. What a beautiful thoughtful act. Thank you so much .

Despite an email address to emai a copy of an Rx, in a follow look-see at my account says "date filled 8/12/2023" After some confusion long call customer service said i will transfered to the pharmacy, who told me that emailing was wrong. Why no email letting me know a physical copy is required before they fill it small print says it won't be filled until then. Take a lesson from Amazon for clear sire navigation and communication.
