I’m very impressed with this company, excellent customer service. I once received a bag of cat food that was slit open and they replaced it right away. I bought a dog harness that was too small and they told me to donate it to a shelter and refunded my money. I just love this company

My dog is very sick and I am unable to order medication. My order was canceled and no reason was provided. The also save your address even when you do not order anything which is a privacy violation. They then begin sending you marketing mail that you do not have time to manage.

I recently purchased some expensive dog food and it was my fault that I didn’t check my address on the website. I used PayPal which had my correct address but it was sent to my address on chewy. THEY called me to advise me it was delivered to the wrong address and they resent it asap. Was great experience. Will continue being customer from that experience alone.

I had purchased a dog collar invisible fence I have to say I absolutely love it I have a husky that likes to run This is the best investment that I've made I would definitely recommend for people that do not have the fenced in yard to check into this absolutely love it

We had been getting a prescription for my dog for several years due to him having sun downers. Not only was it easy to set up, but we always got our shipments on time. We had to make the difficult decision to put our 17 year old dog down last week. I called Chewy and asked how to send back the medication that we never used. They said “please don’t worry about sending it back, you are going through enough as it is” and they completely refunded my money to my card. Two days later a bouquet of flowers are sent to my doorstep. I really appreciate this company and how compassionate they are. If we do decide to get another dog in the future I will not hesitate to use them again. If I could, I’d give them more stars!

This company puts the personal touch on customer service and goes above and beyond for their customers. We had ordered some meds for our dog tater and unfortunately he had to be put down . We still had meds left over I reached out to chewy and not only did they refund the cost of unused medication they sent flowers with a sweet message to our family for our loss. This just made my heart smile. Thank you chewy and Jules the customer service rep that helped and went above and beyond for our family. It is refreshing to not just be treated like a number but a person. Thank you much appreciated 🤗

Don’t believe the money back guarantee. From them nor Instinct pet foods. I have been trying to get someone to listen to me for months. No refund. I barely even get a response. Months later they asked me to send back unused portion. Like I need to hang onto food that makes my pet sick forever waiting for them. They both lie:

I have used Chewy for years. When my dog needed prescription kidney food Chewy made it so easy to get the food delivered on time and quickly. When my dog passed I got an email from Chewy with sincere condolences. I thought that was so nice. The next day I had flowers delivered to my house from Chewy. Now that’s a sweet caring company who really cares about their customers.
