Chewy.comReviews of chewy.com

Have been getting autoships of dog food for years and occasionally other products. Rarely have any issues. On the rare occasion that I need to contact them, they respond immediately, without hesitation to rectify my problem. Their prices are competitive. I could not ask for more.

Absolutely love this company. Made my first purchase and I mistakenly read dimensions wrong so the cage I ordered was absolutely perfect condition and material but it was too big for the space I wanted it in. I reached out to customer service and in minutes got a response to help me out. Will now be a regular customer!

THEY SHOULD BE LOCKED UP Iam spending all day writing this because they do not deserve anymore of myu time. Three times in a row I ordered blue buffalo dog food for my service animal. Three times they said it was gonna be delivered. Three days goes by I'm still haven't recived it. I have went above and beyond for these BUMS. this company's garbage.

Have been ordering from chewy for several years now. There's been a few issues where bags happen to be torn but overall their service has been excellent. And, I love the commercials.

Very very impressed with this company. They have the best customer service in every way from easy access (many companies hide their customer service info) to extremely professional and customer-friendly resolution. I almost fell out of my chair after a recent purchase I needed to return. I have never encountered a more efficient and basically, hope-inspiring exchange. The world could learn something from Chewy.Com. Thank you so much for making my day. Though you certainly don't need it, I will be recommending you all over the place. The dog bed I ordered was beautiful, plush, perfect. Just didn't work for our situation, so I am also very impressed with the quality of their products. Thank you!!!!

I order Zukes training treats which I use to administer my dog's medication. They are supposed to be soft. My last few orders from Chewy contained packages where the treats were rock hard. After numerous complaints to Chewy, the problem has not been rectified. I even gave them the product lot number of the hard treats. When they sent me replacements, you guessed it, they were the same defective lot.

I had to cancel autoship because we lost our dog. Chewy not only made the process easy, but they sent an email of condolence as well which was absolutely touching. But tonight when I came home they had also sent us a bouquet of flowers. I have never had a company care so much. I am touched and honored and when the time comes that we get another dog chewy is the place for us. Thank you

I have been ordering from Chewy for years. I recently lost my cat. I got an email from Chewy about my cat's upcoming bday. I went to there site and tried to remove him so the emails would stop. I had to use chat. today to my surprise they send flowers via FedEx and a very nice card. I would never use anyone else for my pet needs. Thats a company that TRULY CARES
