Chewy puts a hold on my account and nobody can give me a reason on the phone. My cat who's sick with cancer is very picky and only eats certain foods. Now that I'm almost out. Chewy tells me it will be 24-48 hours before the hold is taken off my account and the food is shipped. Thanks chewy for not giving me any answers. Why is there a hold on my account chewy? I made multiple other orders and this has not happened..why can nobody give me answers. Horrible experience

Worst scummy company ever, opened a new acct was told my dogs food was on the way and then the day it's supposed to be delivered they send a email saying that the new client code can't be used because someone else had used the coupon. This is so scummy, now the dog has no food and I have to rush deliver some from another site

I wasn't even asked to submit a review but the level of customer service I received from REAL PEOPLE on chat and on the phone (a few days ago) was EXCEPTIONAL! Both phone and chat answered promptly. No recordings. No robots. Granted this was my first order but I did have to exchange something I purchased and they couldn't have made it easier or more pleasant. I hope the customer service, if needed, continues as I become a more frequent buyer. I can highly recommend Chewy.com

I received written prescriptions from the Vet. They very expensive direct from the vet so I ordered them online from Chewy - hoping they would be delivered quickly. After 5 days I checked the order status and it said "preparing for shipment". Later that day it said the same so I contacted support via Chat. They told me that the Rx had not been approved by the vet but they had telephoned the vet for approval on the day the order was placed. There info was questionable so I called the 1-800 number. They told me that indeed they were waiting for the vets approval and that they had never called but had emailed two days after the order was placed.....they waited two days to even contact the vet. I asked if they had contacted the vet more than once and they said they did but don't keep records of those follow ups. I called the vet. They called Chewy and approved the Rx while I was still on the phone with Chewy. I asked if the order would be shipped the following day and they said they didn't know. I asked if I could pay for express shipment and they said they don't offer that option. Now, the following day, the order status still says "preparing for shipment".

I have never in my life experienced this level of customer care. I use that word intentionally because they genuinely care. We lost our 11 year old English Bulldog this past June. Not only did they show me compassion but they went above and beyond to make the refund process as painless as possible and after coming home the next day I received a beautiful floral arrangement with such a warm note. I cannot thank them enough and want to tell everyone about what a truly wonderful company they are. A true rarity in the days we are living in.

This is why I love Chewy. I let them know about the death of my dog so they would take her off my information. They would send her a birthday card every year. Well, today they sent me a bouquet of flowers for my loss. They are amazing!

I just lost my German Sheppard Crash. He was 12 and had hip dysplasia and got to the point where he could not stand or walk. We assisted him to cross the Rainbow Bridge as we could not let him suffer in pain any more. Chewy actually sent me a beautiful aggangement of flowers with a most thoughtful note. They truly care about your pets. We love chewy and highly recommend! Thank you Chewy!!!

Chewy always delivered my dogs insulin on time. I never ran out and it was awesome. It saved me trips to the vet which was 30 minutes away. After my Jack passed away they sent me flowers. I have never had a company give such compassionate care at a time like this. It was amazing. Thank you Chewy. If I ever get to where I can have another pet you will be my source of per care products
