We recently placed an order for my sister, we made the order and paid for it Thursday morning before8a.m. We had to call Thursday, Friday, Saturday, Sunday and Monday, each time verifying her address (different than ours) each time we were promised a note was being put on our account to send orders to her address(we had previously placed an order and had to go through same ordeal). Finally Monday afternoon the order was shipped. We stressed several times she was on a fixed income and was in need of this food, she had very little on hand. To this day, not one person has taken accountability or sincerely apologized for the lack of professionalism nor for lying about promising EACH time we called to ship it out immediately. When they first started their business, they were pleasant and actually cared about their customers. Now they care about taking the money out of the account immediately, if you get your order, fine, if not oh well. They have succeeded in becoming a big business that lost ethics along the way. Lost our business for sure!

I can't even believe how awesome Chewy is! I received a message that my auto ship was going to happen - but our beloved dog Bear had passed away. We did get a new dog but she is half the size of Bear so I thought I went to the site to change the meds and cancel out our dog that had passed. So I received the meds for our new dog - then 2 days later I received the meds I thought I had canceled for our dog that passed. I figured i would call so i could return the meds because our old dog was 105lbs and our new dog is about 45lbs so she can't use them. First sweet thing was they said oooh we are so sorry. It was heartfelt. Then they said we can't take the meds back you keep them. Even if they are not opened we can't - I said I just got them they said no we are not allowed. so that was very nice. Than today they sent me beautiful roses with there sympathy's. amazing cause I didn't except to keep the meds or expect they this company would send flowers - I mean this was so sweet I thought I would cry. I couldn't believe it! that's a company that goes above and beyond. Chewy you guys are amazing

I have been using chewy since may of 2022 after I found out my dog had diabetes. After trying out Petco, I found that they were super slow to ship their items but chewy was on top of their game but recently things are really dragging and the customer reps could care less. My insulin was delayed via FedEx and so I didn't get my package overnight. I ended up getting it 3 days late and since insulin has to be refrigerated chewy ordered another insulin be sent to me. They told me it would be shipped on a certain day, never was. I called, asked the status, she said it shipped, never did, i called again and they said it was still prepping to be packaged. Now it's going on the third prepping day. Per the rep, it was supposed to be shipped 2 days ago. So much for getting my dog his meds bec fedex never got me my first shipment. Bottom line: nobody gives a crap. They even lie.

Chewy is amazing. Some of there dog toys are over priced. I get my blue pit’s heart worm meds and flea and tick meds from chewy. It is so much cheaper than the vet..

We have used Chewy for years. We recently had to say goodbye to our sweet pug, Macy. She was 16. Today we received a dozen beautiful sunflowers with a vase and a very nice card. What a wonderful gesture. Thank you.

Chewy has the absolute WORST PHARMACY!!!! They are a total JOKE! Don't bother ordering from them if your dog is in pain, or needs meds right away. They out right LIE and say the prescription will go out the next day. Two different people told me it would go out on Monday. I specifically called TWICE to make sure. Then they have the audacity to say that there "shipper" doesn't pick up on a holiday! Seriously!!! Fed Ex ???? I have given their LOSER pharmacy 3 tries!!! Never ever again. After my dog waited nearly 2 weeks for pain meds, 2 WEEKS!!! Then they kept sending me the meds! Oh, and a STUPID bandana and equally STUPID Chewy hat to make up for it! Really!!!! All I wanted was the meds for my dog to feel better. They are useless!!!! Oh and I hope your dog feels better crap, well how is my dog supposed to feel better it they don't send the meds????? When I call to complain, I am put on hold with their obnoxious music playing over and over again. What ever happened to good customer service, where they call YOU back, instead of continuously wasting MY time having to listen to that HORRIBLE music.

I absolutely love Chewy.com! They’ve been so helpful - always sending birthday cards for my three babies (who have separate birthdays) and even sometimes including lil coupon codes in so I can get them a birthday gift for a % off! This company is so sweet, I feel like they truly go above and beyond for their customers. Any time I’ve had issues (missing food) they 100% took my word for it and gave me no hassle on a replacement. They’re always so quick in getting my order to me also, and they carry my vet’s specific recommended dietary food which is a huuuuge help, since it’s not in stores and sometimes it’s so hard to find. I’m just so thankful for Chewy!

I've been a customer of Chewy.com for just over 4 years. Their prices are comparable to other websites and sometimes even beats another big online store. Have always been very happy with the super fast shipping and convenience of having it delivered to my door. And I can ALWAYS count on it arriving within 2 days. My last order was just 2 weeks before my pup Gizmo passed away -- he was 14 years old but always a pup to me. I will miss him greatly. I called chewy.com about my last order since most of it was unopened. Not only did they refund me everything, they asked that I just donate everything to my local shelter or rescue. And just yesterday I received a flower arrangement delivery in sympathy for my loss of Gizmo. It meant a lot that a company would be so generous to a customer they didn't even know personally and the flowers were such a sweet gesture to me and especially for my daughter who was really missing him. Their customer service goes above and beyond. Highly Recommend to other Pet Parents!
