I ordered a pen so I'd have a setup for the kittens I foster. A pen is a must-have for these rambunctious little guys. I was diagnosed with a disease that doesn't allow me to take Benadryl and that means I cannot foster kittens anymore. The pen I'd ordered was 6 weeks ago. When I chatted with customer service about returning it, they graciously credited me and asked me to donate the pen to a shelter. Quite honestly I was blown away by the brand's kindness and consideration. They didn't have to do that.

I had recently order food for my little fur baby she passed very very sadly. I called chewy and they credited me back my money through a tearful phone call and then the truly powerful thing happened. I received a dozen roses from chewy and the the person I spoke to on phone. I have been with chewy for a very long time. I am a faithful customer and recommend them to everyone. Thank you so very much it was a heartfelt gesture.

I still use them because there is little other choice. However their service regards to prescription food is THE WORST. During a storm they couldn’t drive it out of Reno. I called to ask where my order was and they said an email had gone out regarding a delay. No it didn’t. (Got it 2 days later.) I can’t feed my cat anything else and can’t run to any vet. And my vet is closed Sat afternoon and Sunday. They should have offered to fly it out of Phoenix (their other distribution hub) and then deliver it. I’d have paid a delivery fee. Their Customer Service people are poorly trained and have no problem solving ability or authority. All they do is apologize, over and over again, which drives me nuts. Then I order same food, different flavor and have to argue with “not a vet” that it needs vet authorization. If all you need is cat toys I’m sure they’re fine. But they have disappointed me so many times that I keep a backup case of every possible food I think I might need. Their disregard with regards to pharmacy items is life threatening.

This company is a ridicule and true to form the dumbest Individual/s a company, can employ! Templates is their Forte, they just erase, altercate copy and paste accordingly! This place and w/OnTRAC as its courier its a walking timebomb moronic unity!!! Thank god for Amazon “the Ruler and Savior”!

I have used Chewys for years. They have an extensive and easy to use website. Fresh products and fast delivery services. I’ve never had a bad experience. I called to cancel and auto ship because my dog passed away and today I received flowers from them with their condolences! Now that’s kindness and stellar customer service!

Pharmacy nightmare. Price 119 online. Charge 182. Can't contact countrywide vet. Say oh yeah it's 119 at checkout. Reorder. No contact w vet call. Price 182. Don't know what I'm talking about. All I wanted was medicine at a discount. Vet is 146. Total nonsense explanations. Corporate bull

I absolutely love Chewy! As a busy mom that has a full schedule, Chewy allows me to check one of those most important task off of my list every month. With their Autoship option, I know that my fur baby’s food will be delivered without the hassle of going online to order. There have been a few times when I’ve gone in to make a purchase outside of my autoship and when I tell you… chewy ships so quickly! Within a few hours, I always receive an email saying that our shipment is on its way. :) Customer service is great! Quick to solve problems and help if I have any issues. Thank you Chewy!

Well I bought a cat tower for a new cat that adopted me ..he loved it for the day .then at bed time he choose the box it came in to sleep..priceless..😸
