I called Chewy to let them know I needed to cancel my auto ship because my dog went to heaven. Danielle was so kind and sent me the most beautiful flowers! This act of kindness meant a lot to me and I will definitely buy my pet products from Chewy when I bring my next puppy home. Thanks Danielle and Chewy for your awesome customer service!!

I am very displeased with chewy. First off when I google “sorresto collars for cats” the first thing I see up top of the screen is chewy and collars for cats and when I swipe to the left I see another one for chewy sorresto collars for dogs. On both they give a price of around $121.00 for 2 sorresto collars the it says “$79.96 at check out. Well when I “shop now” I put the collars in my cart and go to check out and I do not get the collars for $79.96. My balance is somewhere around $113. That is bull that that $79.96 is even listed bc that is not what you are expected to pay! To me that is false advertising!! Also, they claim you get 35% off your first order by signing up for autoship. Oh that sounds wonderful, doesn’t it! Well nope you do not get 35% off, you can only get a maximum of $20 off!! Again, to me that is false advertising!! They make it sound all good but it really is not! Ok they have it in the small print, in the terms and conditions, that you can only get a maximum of $20 off but it still is wrong that they say “your first autoship is 35% off”!!!I will not be shopping at chewy. Petsmart and petco are much more appealing to me!!very very disgusted with them. If I could rate them a 0 I would!!

I woke up this morning and realized I didn’t cancel my labs medication like I should have. (A 240.00 order) I called chewy and explained my Lab had passed and I no longer needed the order. They were so kind and compassionate about my situation. They canceled and refunded my order. That afternoon I received flowers from the representative and chewy giving condolences for my loss. This was so very sweet and I will be a chewy customer for life.

I LOVE Chewy! I've been using them for YEARS to get my cat food and supplies...HOWEVER...I received a 20.00 off next order coupon in the mail. I tried to use it today on my 160.00 order. Rep told me coupons were mailed out by error to existing customers. She gave me 10.00 off, which I appreciate, HOWEVER, I believe they should honor ANY COUPONS THE MAIL OUT AND LEARN THEIR LESSON!!!🤬😠😡

I've been buying products for my Senior cats over the last 5 years. My last Senior cat just passed away around a month and a half ago. Tonight I had a package delivered from Chewy. I opened it and it was a "5×5" oil painting of my Cinnamon that I just lost. It was the most beautiful and precious present I've ever received. It had a note that said it was for celebrating the Fall with my fur baby. Little did Chewy know that I lost my Cinnamon and I thought this painting was Heaven sent. Thank you.

We have been customers of Chewy for about 4 years now and they have been great company with excellent customer service and support. This week we received a portrait of one of our dogs from them. We were blown away by the thoughtful gesture! We will be Chewy customers for years to come because they make us feel important to them.
