On several occasions I have asked them to split my order into more than one box. Yesterday one box came. I called them and explained once again that I was unloading the box from my front porch in 102 temp. Asked for a credit which was issued. Today I received an email they want the merchandise. Really! After struggling to unload while talking to them yesterday they want me to reload the box. This is the third time they have done this. I am done with this company. After putting weight limit in my profile they still can’t get it right.

Ordered a shampoo and conditioner. The shampoo was wrapped in plastic and sealed, the conditioner was not wrapped or sealed at all. Used and resold, or tampered with. Disappointing. First and last order with Chewys.

Ordered 50 dollars' worth of food for my cat. When UPs delivered it, they never knocked on my door, so the large box of food was stolen. Called Chewy and the next day they send me a whole new order no charge. I have used Chewy in the past and was always very satisfied but now they have a lifetime customer.

Potential new customer here trying to place my first order with new user promo code. Promo codes they send don't work and customer service is impatient, interrupting, and unhelpful. Heard only good things about Chewy which is why I decided to give them a try. Makes me sad that customer service had no interest in listening or helping me.

20 days after they got the prescriptions, verified the address I’m still waiting. My dogs have been with out as a result! The order is free at this point they have messed up so much but I’d rather have paid than my dogs go without. Please Do NOT use them. They are AWFUL. 2 weeks later still haven’t heard from that manager…. No money saved is worth what we have been through. Trust me. I’ve had the honor of raising dogs for 20 years. I’ll NEVER use this company again.

My wife and I decided to try chewy pharmacy for the first time for an antibiotic prescription for our dog. She gets frequent UTI's and needed a stronger dog only antibiotic which a local pharmacy said would cost $142. When we looked on chewy.com the same antibiotic was around $80. We placed the order on Monday. I called on Wednesday and they stated they had just received the vets prescription. I asked how long it would be be ti get it and I was assured by the pharmacy technician that this medication gets priority and should arrive within a couple days. I had received no email updates by Friday and called again. IT TURNS OUT THEY HAD NOT EVEN PROCESSED THE PRESCRIPTION YET!! I was then told they hoped it would ship that day, since it's a priority medication, but it may not ship till Monday. My wife called back and talked to a supervisor. Instead of helping the situation the supervisor gave my wife attitude and insinuated we were being unreasonable for expecting quick order processing and shipping. The supervisor also said there is no such thing as priority with chewy and that 3 to 5 days is what we should have expected all along. The prescription did ship Friday (at 9 PM) but with an estimated delivery date of 5 days later so apparently the Chewy way is 3 to 5 days for order processing and ANOTHER 3 to 5 days for shipping. DO NOT USE CHEWY FOR ANY URGENT MEDICATIONS. Our poor dog has now suffered for a whole extra week plus with a raging UTI. It was not worth the $60 savings. I filed a complaint and received a call Saturday from a "pharmacy manager" (NOT an actual pharmacist) and was told that even "priority" medications take up to 3 days to process and then 3 to 5 days to ship. As a pharmacist myself I can attest this is utterly inappropriate and represents unethical medical and pharmaceutical care.
