I will never again use Chewy to purchase veterinary foods. My dog has IBS and has to use certain foods only available via prescription from a vet. In the past, Chewy has delayed my order because they failed to note the expiration of prescriptions prior to the date they were to ship and they have placed my order on mysterious "holds" that no one can explain. This department within Chewy is either totally lackadaisical or totally incompetent. In either case, change needs to happen or Chewy needs to shut that department down. I have moved my scripts to another provider at the same price as Chewy was charging. I will never use Chewy for this again.

What a caring company! I have used Chewy for years for my cats and dog. When my dog died suddenly, I needed to cancel an auto ship. Not only did they write a lovely note, they refunded my last order of dog treats, most of which I hadn’t even opened. I Will donate this order to my local shelter. WAIT: there’s more. Chewy then sent me beautiful remembrance flowers. First Class!

I accidentally use the wrong card says clearly on the site your card won’t be charged until shipped but they actually did charge my card for the full amount. I call they said it’s a hold. Wrong you actually charged me now I have to wait 3 business days for a refund. Bad business

I absolutely love Chewy... Specially those cute commercials on TV! Thanks for always making me smile.. and caring so much for our furry friends. It's important XO 💓

We have a very large porch out front with a huge awning - the type of house like Gone With The Wind, with the pillars out front. Whenever I order from anyone, they will always put the packages by the door, up the 3 steps, and make sure they are dry and/ or behind a pillar out of view. I cannot get my Chewy delivery (Fed Ex) to drliver the 40 lb litter boxes, of which I order 3, to put the boxes up the 3 steps in order to get it out of the weather - and out of site of thieves. They put them right out in the middle of the circular driveway - AND in the rain. The first time I called with the complaint - Chewy operator said, well it was just misting. But this time, Puyallup, WA had a thunderstorm and 3 inches of rain. The bottom box broke on me - it is 40 lbs, and I had litter all over. I did hear from Chewy, which was kind enough to refund me, but if the Fed Ex Driver won’t stop putting the boxes out in the middle of our circular driveway and out of the weather, and up 3 stairs, I can’t continue. Funny the lighter boxes make it up on the porch :( I'm a 65 year old woman, and can carry the 40 lb of litter boxes into the house and upstairs!

I am not sure why I have them another chance. They choose the cheapest shipper (fed ex home) and they will not deliver to my house. Chewy won’t refund the mo ey or do anything about it u til FedEx Home. finally determines they can’t deliver. Good thing we have a TSC so my cats won’t go hungry.

We ordered 3 packages of kitty litter 9 days ago. We got an email days ago that one package had been delivered but the other two were damaged in transit. The package was delivered to the wrong address and we had to collect a 40 lb. box from a stranger’s house down the road. (We recognized the porch in the photo.) The other two damaged boxes never reshipped so we called customer service to get them reordered. Customer service was very nice and helpful. The two packages were then quickly shipped and we received an email that they had been delivered. We did not recognize the location in the photograph. 3 packages. All 3 delivered to the wrong address. We live on a major U.S. highway. Customer service refunded the full amount for all 3 packages. Very understanding customer service but I don’t plan on ordering anything from Chewy again.

Done with Chewy!! Lost a long-time customer! I've been with them since they started, way before PetSmart took over, used to get handwritten Christmas Cards from the original owners. I would order weekly and spent A LOT as I had many I was caring for. Over the years the deliveries have become full of damaged products. Reporting this to Chewy didn't change anything and in the last year it has become insanely ridiculous. This is a case of 12 cans that is over 40$! NINE are so badly damaged they can't be safely used! This was sent from the warehouse with this damage, it's NOT shipper damage. Worst part? I had to pay to replace this food as I need it NOW, Chewy will hold up my refund for at least 2 weeks. The last time I had to file with my credit card to get it. This is NO WAY to treat your customers, inconveniencing them for your damaged products that should not have BEEN SHIPPED! Hiring robots and doing away with people who can spot this kind of problem isn't a good business model!!
