We have been long time subscribers to Chewy’s auto ship program. I recently ordered a food refill for our Charlie and neglected to change the address back to our home (the last order we had shipped to Florida while visiting). As soon as I realized my mistake, I contacted Chewy. What great customer service. Within an hour, they had rerouted Charlie’s food to our home address. Outstanding service!

I think that Chewy costumer service is fantastic! It only did they refund my money in an autoship package I wasn’t ready for, but they suggested that I donate it to a place where pets are in need in my area! What a wonderful thing for a company to do!!

Their rude customer service person informed me that they would only ship to the USA and Canada. Apparently Chewy didn’t get the memo that Alaska has been a state since 1959. They also must not have discovered that USPS, UPS, FEDEX, and every other reputable North American shipper knows where Alaska is and can easily deliver packages there.

I placed an order from Chewys on October 3rd. They showed it delivered October 6th, however, the photo showed someone else’s house. I notified Chewy’s and sent a photo of my front door. They apologized and said they would ship out a replacement. My order was over $120.00. I have never received the replacement products. Nor have I received a refund. Chewy’s has lost my business. I am editing my review as of today Chewy’s has refunded the $124.00.

This is by far the company with the best customer service on planet earth. I had two incidents in which I had issues with an order. One was due and defective product. The second was merely because my cat did not like the food we ordered. In both cases, chewy delivered a prompt, pleasant, and above expectations service.
