I placed some order online. I get an email saying I have to call in to confirm the order before they will send it to me. This leery to me but I called the number. I am able to tell them everything that I order but I will not confirm my payment information - because this could be a hoax! Well my order was cancelled cause I can't confirm my account. That's ok, petco will gladly take my money. Chewy Sucks!!!!

Ordered Credelio for my dog on 10/17. On 10/18 my vet approved it and Chewy sent an email communicating that they could now ship. 3 days later I’ve heard nothing more. I inquired and Chewy said they were waiting vet approval. I called and said you have approval. They said ‘oh, sorry we had an error’ but we’ll get it shipped out. Two days later I went through the same scenario again. Finally after 4 emails and 3 phone calls they shipped it. I won’t be using Chewy again.

I used chewy years ago but stopped after several dented cans. Figured I'd try again this time ordering blue buffalo dry dog food. I was surprised and disappointed that the bag came from southern Florida. I live outside pittsburgh pa. There's a chewy distribution in pa. Why send me overheated old bagged dog food. It had no buddies points inside and my dog puked it up. It's been hid food for years. I'm done with chewy for good. Pi k up at store at petsmart works fine. I will check more dates since petsmart does own chewy or vice versa.

I let my autoship slip through while dealing with the death of my mom. Chewy had already credited me for some dog food I couldn’t use because it made my girls itch. They credited me again after I reached out to them. They have THE BEST customer service. Thanks Chewy.

Evertime I place an autoship for some reason I have to call to see why it was canceled. They never know. The 4th time was the last time. I calld to see what was going on the gril could have care less. So I will no longer be ordering from here if they don't care she didn't even ask to try to fix this she like ok canceled then have a nice day. Good Customer service..

I had two prescriptions that I ordered for my elderly cat, one of which was compounded (made to order). Soon after my latest shipment arrived we had to put our 19 year-old cat down. I called to to ask that they not send anymore medicine. They were extremely friendly and even refunded the latest payment! I hadn’t expected them to do that. And then the next day I received an arrangement of flowers from them! Their PR department gets an “A+” from me. If I ever adopt another furry friend I will definitely order from Chewy.

For just ordering simple things, it's fine. But we kept getting "discount" offers in the mail, and on line. Trying to use them, as it turns out, is completely bogus. The coupons, although don't indicate any restrictions, apparently have MANY. For example: we purchased a product on OCT 18. We received a 10% discount coupon...not for any specific product...that would expire on OCT 25. However, when we tried to order something on OCT 19, an error message stated that the discount was not valid. Not valid the next day???? But no reason was given. They could save a ton of money by not mailing out all of that unusable crap in the first place. Not to mention the aggravation of customers trying to use any of it.

I got a new puppy and ordered puppy stuff off of chewy puppy food, pee pads, toys, etc. chewy sent me a little card about how sweet it is when adding a new family member, hat with some tennis balls. How sweet? I’ve ordered a ton from chewy and they’ve always gone out of their way to make their customers happy!
