I love Chewy… I have been ordering from them since 2016. My issue isn’t them it is the FedEx delivery person that leaves 60lbs of litter and food in a lockbox. The box is so small I literally was on my hands and knees scraping my knuckles getting it out. Then I couldn’t lift it… so I slid it down a hallway and couldn’t even lift it into my car. Luckily a girl and her boyfriend walked up and put it in the car for me or it would still be on the curb. It says on my FedEx label leave on doorstep and I have leave on doorstep on my Fedes account. I won’t be ordering from Chewy again because of the awful delivery service.

Last week my 18 year old cat passed away. The next day I got the email to confirm the auto ship of her prescription food along with a few other things. I called to see if it wasn't too late to stop the shipment and they were amazing. Not only did they let me cancel her order, but they gave me the rest of the order for my dog for free! I also asked if it was possible for me to return the other 3 cases of cat food I had for credit to my account. I really didn't expect them to say yes, but they credited my account for all of that food and told me to donate what I had. I am a teacher and my school has a club called Paws for Change to which I immediately gave the food. The advisor of the club dropped it off at our local shelter the very next day. It truly made me feel better to know that I was able to help. Apparently this shelter has almost 100 cats right now :-( and I know that when we are done mourning our cat we will absolutely adopt a new cat from that shelter. Chewy made this all a little bit easier on our hearts.

Chewy filled a prescription for me that no one else was able to do. They definitely went above . After a week of a runaround from this Vet office, Chewy had that script at my door in 2 days, actually it would have been 1 day if the vet office would have responded to Chewy's request from confirmation. I ask to have it expedited Chewy informed me they don't offer that but, the girl I talked to told me she would put in a request but, there was no guarantee we'll, I had it the very next day. Thank you Chewy.

A dear friend of mine lost her pup recently. They were avid chewy users. Upon contacting customer service to let them know that they could donate the next box....the customer service member got emotional and the next day there were flowers on their front porch for them from chewy. Considering customer service nowadays.... I was so moved by this story i had to write a review

I had bought two bags of cat food (6lbs each) and a 28 pound of kitty litter. When I got the box the cat food on the bottom and the cat litter on top. I opened it and over 1/2 of the cat food was out of the bags and in the box. I picked up both bags and it turns out that the bags were never sealed from the factory. I have tried contacting them MULTIPLE times and never got a response. So I emailed the to remove all of my account information that I would never shop there again.. and believe it or not, they actually responded with a.. We have deleted your account. Never again will I shop this place and I did turn them into the BBB to get resolution from this.

They did it again! I was due to receive meds in my autoship when I got an email ON THE DAY it was to ship out saying they were out of stock and had no idea when they would get more. What am I supposed to do now? I have four pills left! This would have been really good to know just as soon as they knew they were out of stock so I could look elsewhere - NOT AT THE LAST MINUTE! What is the point of autoship if you can't rely on them to actually ship it?? They have done this to me before with pet food where they discontinue the item or they're out of stock, and you don't find out about it until the day it's due to ship out and you're left scrambling. ☹️

Had a very minor order issue. Representatives were surely over the phone, unhelpful, and I had to call THREE times to talk to different people in order to get what I needed. Insanity. Been shopping with chewy for years. Never new it’s internals were so shoddy. Will never shop here again.

We have always ordered chewy for our Dogs food and treats. But this year we found coats and sweaters for our Dogs we really liked and took a chance and ordered them. Most companies sent sweaters that were to small or to tight. All 3 of our dogs are giant breeds so to find them that will actually fit is hard. We got the order delivered today and we are thrilled !!!!!! They are great quality and perfect fit. Not to mention they are more then we expected warmth wise. They are adorable. We just wanted to say if others need coats for their furbabies that chewy is the place to go. I am so pleased with the delivery time and the quality of these items. Thank You Chewy
