Worst company in the world. Orders don't come on time and customer service doesn't help. Now Everytime I order it says order can't be shipped till I talk with customer service. I call them they say I'm good to go order will ship out soon and it doesn't. Days go by I keep getting emails that I need to talk to customer service for my order to ship. They are useless and obviously have no clue what they are doing. I have never had such horrible service and I work in customer service. My neighbors try to order and get same issues I am.

My dog started to refuse a prescription dog food. When I called Chewy to try a different brand recommended by his Vet, Chewy not only reimbursed me for the dog food he had eaten before but now chosen to refuse...when my dog had to be put down, Chewy did not charge me for the dog food that was just delivered AND when I went home the day after I cancelled his autoship order, they sent me flowers with condolences. My experience with Chewy is that they really care--not just for the dogs but for the human clients. I am a loyal Chewy customer because I know they really care for my pup and me.

I am actually really surprised that Chewy has such a low rating as I think they have been fantastic for years! Customer service has always been amazing and they sent my friend flowers when her dog went to heaven. Also as her authorship arrived two days later, they told her to keep it and donate to a dog shelter. They have always been super helpful and kind with my orders. Chewy is a wonderful company!

WOW!! We are beyond happy with Chewy, from the great prices, fast next day (in our case) delivery, to the best customer service we have received from almost any company. To add to that, the sensitivity when we wanted to return a product due to our pet passing, not only did they provide a credit, they deliveted the most beautiful and unexpected 'in sympathy' flower delivery to our front door!! We cannot say enough good things about this company. Do yourself a favor and use them! Thank you again Chewy!!!

Never disappointed with Chewy! The slight exception was last order they shipped with a company called Ontrac instead of FedEx. I'm a couple hundred miles away from Chewy so FedEx has it at my door within two days. (Az) This time they used Ontrac to ship and my order was sent to Ca, tried to deliver to a Az address in Ca. Recieved email from Ontrac stating wrong address package returning to Chewy. Called Chewy and they replaced at no charge through FedEx and I got it the following morning. Chewy said if I get the original order just keep it which, I did the next day. I donated the second bag of dog food to a local rescue. Just beware if your order ships with Ontrac you might have a problem.

The customer service is kind of useless. Appreciate that they're based here rather than a random call center overseas, but I had ordered a dog carrier that I needed to receive by a certain date. I ordered from chewy specifically because they said it would arrive on time. When the shipment went out, though, the arrival time was suddenly days after I was scheduled to leave. I called them to see if they could send another and expedite shipping (they don't have that option), and their suggestion was to order the same product again and see if it would by chance arrive earlier.... Which was a totally nonsensical suggestion that would likely leave me with two dog carriers sitting on the porch for the three weeks I'll be out of town.

Chewy lied twice about shipping a urgent prescription food for my dog with acute pancreatitus. I ordered on the 13th and noticed the next day it was not shipped so chatted and they claimed they were still within the 1-3 days and that it would DEFINELY ship by the 16th. Here is it the 16th and no shipping so I call and the lady then cleaims it is is still within the 72 hours and slow with holidays (gee i guess everyone buying presents for the pets?!). When I point on that I am looking on the site and it clearly states ordered on the 13th, she then lies and say no it is acutally the 14th and that is wrong. I am so upset since i only have one can left and he will start bleeding if eats the wrong food. Chewy acts all cute but whenever you need help or anything they just lie and make excuses. Buy from elsewhere locally if you can,

From the amazing customer service to the array of great products Chewy has it all. I have been a long time customer and fan of Chewy.When my sweet pup died they credited my account for supplies i np longer needed and they SENT Flowers.This was so unexpected and so very thoughtful .Big shout out to Brandy, thank you so very much for your kindness.
